Excellent service. In Vegas for the weekend and have come here twice. So nice to see a business and it’s staff go above and beyond to service its customers. That’s what real customer service is about. Congratulations to the owners of this location and its staff you have an amazing staff. Hope you knew this already.

Clean store all the flavors were in stock. The kids working were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I was allowed to sample a few new flavors and take a few pics for Google.
Really good ice cream. I had the chocolate peanut butter and my little one had the reckless sherbet and she ended up eating mine. Just a little on the pricey side. And it's also quite busy and not enough seating.

The staff at Baskin Robbins are superb and friendly, very efficient.
Been to this location many times over the years but today, Michael was on point with customer service skills and I thought it should be noted. Stopped what he was doing, greeted me as I walked in. Offered samples. He was personable as well.
This location is always clean, stocked. Smells nice. I personally have never had a bad experience here.

I was trying to use the app to order 2 cappuccino blasts and couldn't so i called the store and the girl who answered said that she could make them and have it ready for me me when i got there ..... If i would ha e had cash on me they would have gotten a tip for their services.... But unfortunately i only had my debit card with me. The 2 gurls working this afternoon deserve a raise. From 1 customer service employee to them ... You are awesome ladies ... Great job
Took me back to my childhood. Huge 2 scoop waffle cone. My husband had frozen frappe that was better than Starbucks. Yum! Excellent friendly service.
While driving by my Baskin Robbins I saw a line inside at 10pm. I had to see why 🤔. I don't know what everyone else was buying, but I bought 2 scoops of World Class Chocolate. It was phenomenal. I haven't been to a BR in years. Whatever they're putting in their ice cream these days... I'm hooked! 😀
This is my neighborhood Baskin. I don’t come very often but whenever I do it’s always the best service and quality. I have been coming here for years and the place is consistently clean, well stocked with cakes and provides quick service. I recently came in for a birthday cake and the gentleman, I think he’s a manager, who helped me was super quick and polite.
Baskin-Robbins is just perfect. I’m in love with ice cream, so maybe I could be biased. The staff is excellent and asking by phone is a great experience.
The store is always clean, fresh and everyone has a friendly smile.
It is a great place to go with children, especially with the deals on Tuesdays for more savings. It is a place that always has new flavors of ice cream and milkshakes. The birthday cakes are perfectly great for any occasion. I might have to get one for my birthday too!
I went to this location since Cold Stone wasn't open until noon, and got 2 scoops of ice cream, a large cappucino beverage (coffee), and since I was in the mood, two more scoops of ice cream...pricey, but I left feeling bloated :)

Very tasty ice cream. Large selection of different varieties, cups. You can choose from an existing menu, or choose your own ice cream combination. Prices are very low. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, there are tables to eat inside. Thank you, I am very pleased.

Took my son and grandkids there. They greeted us and were friendly the entire time. Awesome service. They're plant-based ice cream was absolutely yummy.
