It's always a joy to dine at Ada's located Tivoli Village. I've been here a few times, and the food has never been disappointed. Service is always on point. Food: Cheese and Charcuterie Board Garlic & Chile Shrimp (Best Dish) Mick's Royale with Cheese I've had other dishes but I can't remember them. The best dish is the garlic & Chile shrimp. It's a little spicy but great flavor topped with garlic. I enjoy this dish a lot. The cheeseburger is also a hit. The meat has a great flavor. Definitely a restaurant I'd return to as often as I can.

Comfortable venue, superb staff, delicious menu with a vast assortment of delicious wine from around the globe. The menu is eclectic and presents unique styles of cooking. Each dish is prepared in an open kitchen right before your eyes. The menu is changed up almost weekly to allow for new and interesting dining every time! Each wine is explained to you and staff help you determine with wine will work best with your palate and meal. The cozy, rustic farmhouse (with a contemporary twist) setting only adds to the richness of the dining experience. Ada's is perfect for a private dinner and family gathering. A special Thank You, for your gracious hospitality and attention to detail that make this experience superb, to Kat, Gabriel, Nate, Rey, Mick, Ethan and Leslie (bakery chef) for presenting such a unique and fresh dining experience to Tivoli Village. Ada's is truly a gift!!

Super cute, fun staff, perfect for a light brunch with friends or date. It's tapas style and there are no substitutions allowed. There's beautiful indoor seating and cozy outdoor seating as well. Food was delish and so were the drinks. Love this place and looking forward to going back.

Ada's is a great restaurant to visit as a couple or with a group. It has a European vibe. If you have visited Spain, Ada's is a great reminder. Service is attentive, and the manager is extremely cordial. Enjoy wonderful wines and interesting food at this intimate restaurant.

I was blown away by this place! Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere! The dishes were extremely flavorful and creative! First, the cheese board was actually quite large. The truffle grilled cheese was also fantastic! The tamale was good and the burger was excellent. The burger had a special sauce that was really unique and hard to describe other than light and fantastic!

Great place in Tivoli village. Place has great selection of wines, beautiful decor and amazing atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and the service is just great. We had a bottle of Red wine and a enjoyed a few dishes. Everything tasted amazing, The gambas Al ajillo tasted amazing, the only complain I have is that it was too oily. The bread ends up getting too soggy that I can't enjoy it as much so I end up eating just the shrimp towards the end. We also ordered the Scallop ceviche with homemade chips, Arugula salad and the cheese and meats board, which were all very good.

An awesome place for tapas! One of my favorites was the donuts and caviar. The charcuterie and cheese boards are really delicious as well. The oysters are another one of my favorites. The wine selection is quite large. Easy free parking in the underground garage.

An amazing evening at Ada’s! Fine dining in the simple presence of well polished staff! This is what you want in a nice wine bar. Wine selection is broad and a fine selection, great pour’s. Dining experience was terrific, Skirt steak, duck potatoes, finished off with lemon donuts. This is no justice to the menu or items. Staff is amazing, interactive, energetic and educated on menu along with pairing.

WoW! This is another must stop! Everything was exquisite! The food was unique and very tasty! The Chef even sent a special treat to our table. Our sommelier knew exactly what wine we would love after describing our likes/dislikes! WOW! Nailed it! The whole staff was fun and we all enjoyed it!! Will defiantly go back again. Thanks for the great memories!

(Service actually gets 7 stars!! 😃) My gf and I purchased a foodie tour package and after a subpar experience at the first place, and a good one at the second place, it was so nice to finish the tour with warm & friendly customer service (mainly from Gabriel, but also from his coworkers), delicious food and a quaint, elegant atmosphere at Ada’s. I had been here once before on a date night and the food both times was wonderful! Def recommend. And also, just another word on Gabriel: he was informative and made us feel as if we were patrons paying for a full meal and even told us about the 6 other restaurants owned by the same co. I just cannot express enough how enjoyable the whole experience at Ada’s was!!

This is a smaller restaurant located at Tivoli village and so it got a little loud inside between the patrons eating and those just ordering their homemade ice cream, but the food was fantastic. I had a white pizza with mushrooms that my wife, daughter and myself all loved. My wife ordered the spaghetti that had a unique garlic flavor that we thought was wonderful. We ended with the Spumoni ice cream plate that was incredible. I look forward to our next visit.

I strongly recommend everyone visit Ada’s in Tivoli Village. The atmosphere is comfortable, intimate, and rustic. The oysters from New Brunswick were delicious. Strongly recommend the Patatas Bravas with Octopus, as well as the charcuterie and cheese boards. The Sea Bass was wonderful, light, and very flavorful. Check this place out but don’t tell too many people about it! It’ll be our little secret!

My new favorite restaurant. And not just because they have fresh bread and in house made artisan ice cream. Try the pizza. And the pasta. Need a salad? Order The Market. Feeling fishy? Have some mussels. But don’t leave without the cauliflower. It’s a fan favorite! The service is top notch too. They are friendly and helpful and want you to enjoy your dining experience :)

Can’t think of a better way to spend a late afternoon than winding down at the dreamscape known as Ada's Wine Bar at Tivoli Village in Las Vegas. On a recent day there, my glass of 2020 Chardonnay, Moillard Chablis (Burgundy, France) was perfectly paired with shareable plates like Red Pepper Hummus, Peaches & Prosciutto + the Chef’s selection of “cheese, honeycomb + Marcona almonds.” Owner James Trees (Esther’s Kitchen, Al Solito Posto) always knows how to supply the magic + an imaginative edge, and Chef de Cuisine Jackson Stamper definitely lit up my taste buds.

Ada's is absolutely amazing. First off, the place is so cute. It's a small space but they made it feel homey and stylish. I've been twice now. The first time just for ice cream - and WOW! Their ice cream is fantastic. Some flavors are a little bit much (vanilla and spearmint chip) but others are to die for (new york cheesecake or saturday morning cereal). Yesterday we went for a full mean, and they did not disappoint. The food is great, the staff is great, the atmosphere is great. I would recommend this place to any of my friends!
