I come to this Starbucks every once in awhile; today, I went through the drive throughout and was assisted by Bonn (I think?). He was very kind, patient, and helpful in making sure I was happy with my order. He wasn’t even bothered by the fact that it may rain on him while he’s working outside. Anyway, I always appreciate a positive customer service experience. Thanks, Bonn!
Who doesn't like to go get a nice frappuccino. Just wish they weren't so expensive. I always go on thursday when they have buy 1 get one free.
Great staff, always professional and friendly. I stopped by this coffee shop everyday and my coffee always tastes fresh and delicious. The drive thru is fast and the baristas are pretty polite. Pablo is a great barista and he’s from Spain! Ole! Cleanliness is pretty important in here and they are pet friendly.
Professional location of Starbucks! The team here is solid and welcoming, always in a good mood and working very hard.

It's the small things in life that matters. Customer service and genuine care for the customer is the experience i have received today. Today was a rough day for me and staff on 10/20 at 630 pm made my day better. The Dragonfruit mango lemonade was delicious 😋! Thanks for being kind and thoughtful.

Small spot, but plenty of indoor, and outdoor seating. Great staff, helpful, and all the ball baristas.
Baristas are nice. One of the better Starbucks in the area.
Didn't even realize that this location was here, and now stop here most mornings before work, and the service is always friendly and quick. Been coming here about 2 weeks now, and have only had one tiny issue. One of the many coffees I've had was not sweetened correctly, and tasted quite a bit more bitter espresso flavor. It was still ok, but definitely not what I'm used to. Other than that this location is excellent.
Service in this Starbucks is amazing, Allen will always greet you and after 2 encounters will remember your name.

Easy access off of Jones and also close to 215 freeway. Friendly service was not busy at 1:30pm only had 2 cars ahead of me. Coffee was hot and ready for my mobile pick up.
The staff was engaging and delightful this morning. Greeted as soon as I walked in with a warm smile. My order was placed and received in a timely manner. I was thanked for stopping coming. It was a way better experience then the last time I visited this location. I will be back.
Second favorite Starbucks I've been to. Very kind staff and they don't look at you funny because you don't order anything. Oh and when I say the place was clean, it was CLEAN! Bathrooms were spotless and nice decor and layout of seating! You could tell they liked working with one another as well. Overall great experience. I just wish they stayed open a little longer, but worth a visit!
