One of the most memorable dinners I've had with my friends in a long while. Service was amazing, and the atmosphere felt like it was straight out of a mob movie. My only complaint was that the quality of food for the price was a bit much... the food was generally very tasty, but $40 for Sunday sauce is quite steep. Would highly recommend for any special occasion, though.

This was a true foodie experience, taking Italian dining to the next level. I'm including pictures of the menu and the dishes we tried. This isn't a place for a cheap bite to eat, but if you're looking for excellent Italian food walking distance from the Las Vegas convention center, Piero's is a wonderful choice. Note they take reservations, so waits for walk-ins can be quiet long, but they also have bar seating with the full menu available if you're coming on impulse. My only gripe is that it's pricey: we spent $150 for two people to have an appetizer, main dish, salad, and one drink each. No dessert, nothing too elaborate. But when you try it, you'll know where that money is going. Definitely suggest trying for a couple or friends looking for fancy foodie goodies. Steer clear if you're on a budget or trying to feed a bunch of children: there are far cheaper options.

We (3) were in town (from Hawaii) to attend the Still Raining (Jung Ji-hoon) concert at the MGM, so we made a reservation at Piero’s Italian Cuisine at the corner of Paradise and Convention Center Drive. It was the first visit for us to this Vegas landmark. The restaurant reminded me of old school, traditional Italian / Steak House with no windows and very subdued lighting, the kind of place for a romantic rendezvous. My experience in ordering a bottle of wine was problematic as three of my selections were unavailable. The wine book at Piero’s is extensive and I was pleased to see a wide selection of French Burgundies … Well, they weren’t in stock. I then moved onto an American Pinot Noir and was dismayed to find that was unavailable. If it weren’t for another wait person who said he saw that bottle (Kistler Reserve, $150), I might still be there trying to select a bottle. I think the restaurant should have an insert in the wine book indicating what is out, so the customer doesn’t get frustrated when selecting a wine. I suppose I should have selected an Italian wine, but I didn’t see anything compelling. Perhaps a sommelier, if Piero’s has one, could have facilitated my search for an appropriate wine. Bread and butter were brought to the table but interestingly, it was taken away before we were served our main course. Entrees come with a pretty large salad, so we split the Hamachi Crudo special ($29) and ordered Linguine Pomodoro ($29), Orecchiette with Prosciutto and Peas ($42) and Osso Bucco ($62) and two sides, Broccolini ($15) and Grilled Asparagus ($15). The linguini looked fine, and the orecchiette was delicious. My osso bucco came with a large serving of pasta which I had them box up. The veal was tender and the sauce was flavorful; we had no issues with any of our entrees. The broccolini was a disappointment; it was not seasoned or dressed sufficiently; it was just a mound of broccoli to us. We had no issues with the grilled asparagus. I must say the portions are large so come with a hearty appetite. We had Tiramisu ($15) and Profiteroles ($15) for dessert; I convinced a tablemate to have one of the profiteroles because three was too large an order for me. I paired my share of the profiteroles with a cup of (okay) coffee ($5). The tab was $408.57, and I left a $90 tip. What did I think? It was good but not great. I think I expected more from Piero’s, but it might be the problem in ordering wine that tainted my experience. The place was packed with diners so it must be fine dining, Italian style. For me, 4 stars at best. Would I return? Maybe.

For the best Italian food in the country, you have to go dine here. The service is unmatched with attention to detail like no others. The Caesar salad is made from the freshest ingredients and the very delicious Veal parmesan with fried eggplant on top is fantastic. Last but not least, you have to have one of their homemade desserts. What makes this place stand above others is the fine people that work here.

I’ve been coming to Piero’s for well over a decade and look forward to it every time I’m in town. Highly recommended the stone crabs and Osso Buco - the best braised veal shank I’ve ever had. The bartenders are attentive and friendly, and Jackie makes an amazing Old Fashioned, even though she’s an unabashed LA Rams fan!

Classic Upscale Italian ambiance, friendly bartenders that went out of their way to accommodate a request on the soup I ordered. I just had a quick soup for lunch, so I can't speak in detail on the food other than the pasta fagioli was great. They seemed very very skilled bartenders and had an excellent liqour selection...but I didn't have a drink.

We loved Piero’s. Old school Vegas feel just off the strip. Dark and elegant. I felt like Sinatra. Had the garbage Caesar salad, Sunday Gravy, Tiramisu and an Angels Envy Old Fashioned. We even saw the Golden Knights dining their with their recently acquired Stanley Cup.

We have been to Piero's 2 times now, both times around Valentine's Day. The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. The ambience is very romantic, perfect for a fancy date night. Make sure you bring cash if you'd like to tip the valet (which is not optional) and your server. Overall a nice place to go if you have some extra money to spend. On another note, we ordered 1 Stone Crab claw to try since they were $30 each and they don't taste any different than a normal crab claw so keep that in mind. Also I looked up Stone Crabs and it turns out they take the claws off and release them back into the ocean to fend for themselves without their claws for protection. Seems a little cruel in my opinion.

Old Las Vegas style Italian Resturant! You definitely could see the rat pack eating dinner here. Many locals are seen every night. The food here is ALL delicious. Do not miss the garbage Cesar salad.

We were at the conversation center and saw this place right across the street. It was busy and we didn't have a reservation, the host recommended that we sit at the bar to eat and I am glad we did. The service here is top-notch! Our food was amazing, I ordered the veal shank. AMAZING!!! The bar tenders are excellent. Make a reservation and enjoy this amazing dining experience.

If you’re looking for a fine Italian dining experience, Piero’s is a must-visit spot in Las Vegas. Since 1982, this restaurant has been serving up delicious Italian cuisine and has hosted many celebrities. It was even featured in the movie Casino, starring Robert DeNiro, Sharon Stone, and Joe Pesci. While waiting for our table, my friend and I enjoyed a stiff martini with gin and stuffed blue cheese olives in the Monkey bar. The bar has humorous simian-themed art and an old school feel. We also enjoyed some Steamed mussels in White Wine, Garlic, Calabrian Chili, served with Focaccia Toast, The Garbage Caesar Salad with shrimp, heart of palm, and avocado, and chilled oysters. For our main course, we ordered the AGNOLOTT, which is Homemade Ravioli, Spinach, Ricotta, & Alfredo, and the Oso bucco, CHILEAN SEA BASS that had Baby Spinach and Puttanesca Sauce. Both dishes were delicious. We ended the night with some decadent chocolate cake, tiramisu, cappuccino, and an espresso martini. The service was wonderful, and the restaurant has a cool old school vibe. I would definitely go back again for the amazing food and fantastic service.

Last night we went to Piero's Italian Restaurant with my family. Piero’s is a well-known and highly-regarded establishment located in near the strip, by the convention center. Since its opening in 1982, the restaurant has earned a reputation as one of the best Italian restaurants in the city, serving up classic dishes with a modern twist. Piero's has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we loved the service and the fresh high-quality ingredients Over the years, Piero's has played host to numerous high-profile celebrities, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. These legendary performers were regulars at the restaurant during its early years, and their presence helped establish Piero's as one of the premier dining destinations in Las Vegas. Today, Piero's continues to attract a wide range of celebrities, from actors and musicians to professional athletes and business leaders. Some of the famous faces who have been spotted at the restaurant in recent years include George Clooney, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, and Floyd Mayweather Jr. The menu features a wide variety of traditional Italian favorites, including homemade pasta, fresh seafood, and mouthwatering steaks. We ordered some delicious salads, mouth watering stone crabs (extra large claws BTW) pastas, and Branzino fish that was to die for. In addition to its delicious food, Piero's is also known for its extensive wine list, which features an impressive selection of Italian wines as well as bottles from around the world. The restaurant also offers a full bar menu, with classic cocktails and specialty drinks. And let me tell you, the martinis are well worth it, they are a very generous pour and taste delicious and they don’t skimp on the alcohol. Piero's has received numerous awards and accolades over the years for its exceptional food, service, and atmosphere and I can see why. Whether you're looking for a romantic night out or a celebratory dinner with friends and family, Piero's Italian Restaurant is sure to provide an unforgettable dining experience.

The most delicious meal in the coolest venue with lots of movie history. We have eaten here before but we brought friends who had never eaten here. They loved it as much as us! Swordfish, pasta, linguine and clams and New York strip. ALL GREAT! Joe Robinson, the manager who served us, was amazing. Our other server, Kenny, did a great job! Our dining experience was the best ever and we would recommend this place to everyone!
