Variety of vegan, sorbet and gelato flavors, including house sodas and specialty drinks. Open late, great customer service with quaint decor and music! I will definitely be coming back to try new flavors!

My husband and I love this place. Best gelato by far!!! some if the flavors are so unusual but they are generous with letting you taste them. It's our favorite place to go for dessert!
Soooo good. So friendly. Went in willing to suffer for eating gelato (I'm lactose intolerant) and they have a great variety of lactose free options. The Thai tea is the bomb. Handed sample after sample so I knew exactly what I wanted. Definitely understand why this place has 5 stars. Keep up the awesome work!!

We drove from eastside henderson russel and whitney ranch togo here and it had more reviews than others so we took the 22min drive and it was well worth it.... Great place great gelato
When Gelatology opens in about a month, it will be the best Gelato in town. Desyree's gelato was voted "2nd best restaurant" in the country according to Yelp at her former place at Oakey & Las Vegas Blvd. Try it and you will see there is no other like Desyree's unique flavors!

Fantastic! The pistachio gelato is absolutely to die for.
Desyree's Gelatos are works of art. Her warm hospitality coupled with this makes Gelatology a beautiful experience worth the journey.
Excellent gelato! So yummy! (They also have vegans options.) They add a little heart shaped Nilla wafter type cookie to the top that gives it a super cute touch!

I was on the hunt for vegan frozen desserts. This gem fell into my lap. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the honeydew and hazelnut.

I haven't been here in awhile but I love this place! Their gelatos are outrageously delicious! Employees are nice, helpful & I met owner. It's an adorable little store modern but sort of reminded me of an old fashioned ice cream parlor. I adore it! Can't wait for them to re-open!
When I 1st went here I lived miles away in North L V bc - found it a few yrs ago when my fiance' worked a few blocks away. It's tucked in a small cute little strip with other nice restaurants. I loooove it!

Gelatology is the best! So many treats and flavors to try, with new creations all the time. One can never be bored here. Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Fat Free are just some of the options of gelato so there really is something for everyone. Kid friendly with chalkboards to draw and patient staff. Highly recommend.
