The Mole is delicious! I'm a big fan of dark mole and this chef hits the mark. Rich and flavorful mole you'll want to dip your flour tortillas in for sure. I've had both the Mole Enchiladas, and the Chicken Mole dinner...both recommended, but I think I really love the enchilada style with the sour cream on top. The Chile Relleno is my lady's favorite! Oh, and the cream filled churros...yes please.

It was a challenge trying to pick a Mexican restaurant since there are so many in the area, but we made the right choice with this one. As soon as you walk in, the ambiance smacks you in the face. It's like stepping into a colorful, vibrant rainforest with Mexican decor everywhere. I immediately knew this place was special. We started with. A strawberry margarita which was good and a fair price($10) given the drinks we had on the strip. The chips and salsa are free and the tortilla chips were made in house. The red salsa was spicy and delicious and the tomatillo salsa was good as well. The burrito my son ordered was MASSIVE. He loved it I ordered the mole enchiladas and if you're a fan of mole sauce you will love this dish. We also tried the taquitos and steak tacos. Everything was delicious, especially the rice and refried beans! If we were locals we would definitely be back for another culinary trek though the Mexican jungle but alas, we live in a land far, far away.

As soon as we walked in, we're hit with a fanfare of color and décor, exciting our appetite and hunger for southwest cuisine. And Los Cedros did not disappoint! I swear they have the best chips- crispy, salty, hot and fresh with a refreshing spicy salsa. Couldn't get enough, ended up asking for a refill which we seldom do. The menu isn't extensive, however, there's enough variety to satisfy almost anyone's preference. We had the molcajete for one, which was plenty for the two of us. Chicken, steak, shrimp, pork carnitas, cheese, nopalitos, avocado, radish, onion... what a mix up. Served in the traditional heated pestle bowl, keeping it hot throughout the meal. Wasn't the best we've had, the carnitas just a tad more crisp than I like, and the hard fried cheese a bit too salty, but overall tasty. Finished with maybe the best churros ever. Crispy, hot, sugary and cinnamon infused. Surprisingly dense and heavier than expected. Reasonably priced, about $54 for the both of us including two bottles of Pacifico and a soft drink. We'll be back for more!

I love this place! I’ve been going here every week since they opened. Ramon and Carlito are the BEST! I love the street tacos but everything is fabulous. Today they catered a memorial service for a dear friend and there was nothing but positive words from everyone. The decor will make you think you are in a tropical place. You can’t go wrong with this place, I promise you ✔️
