Yall burned my fries. Twice.... 2 nights in a row I ordered food with fries and they taste like they are cooked in old oil but they ate definitely over cooked. Do better your not a freaking McDonald's
Due to the lingering effects of the pandemic, the lobby was closed due to understaffing. Understandable. So I rode my bicycle to the drive through, and you know what? They accurately, and swiftly filled my order. Everything was right, and still hot when I got home. Thanks guys!
The employees at this location have poor customer service. I dined in and was refused the restroom. Was told something was wrong with it and after watching an employee let another person in. The one on Nellis & Sahara is ok. They have burner issues. One time we stood there for 10 minutes and finally when it came time to order the young girl us told us there out of hamburgers, huh.
I have always liked burger king. The flavor is consistently good. The price of the combo meals is about the same as other fast food places. But still a satisfying and filling meal.

This BK always goes above and beyond. The cook Chris always makes my Texas Double perfect and that's allot of stuff to keep in a stack and together. Attention to detail makes everything better
