Drive thru cashier was pleasant, advised me of a wait if I wanted no salt on my fries. After paying she asked if I would go park in a spot by the front & not long at all she brought the food out and was still pleasant. Food order was perfect.
Today was a great experience for us at KFC.
We went through the drive thru window and we had to wait for half of our order as it was not ready.
We pulled into a parking spot and waited over 5 minutes. They came out and delivered our food and was very apologetic.
The food temperatures was just right
Yeah it arrived @ KFC on 12/20 Tuesday at 12:50 I had to go through drive through, your manager, in my opinion should work on his People Skills, you know a little nicer to customers.....
Would not go here! Completely messed up my order and would not answer the phone after several attempts. Disputing the charge with my bank, not getting my money!
Ordered a Smokey Mountain BBQ chicken sandwich and they gave me a plain piece of chicken with mayo and pickles.
Good chicken. Looks clean. But they sure don't listen very good and forget things.
Fast and staffers and very much in the Christmas mood joyful and glee
Little slow, foods bland, but it's cheap. The workers are nice too.
