I live in Corrales, NM and we make it point that when we are near Las Vegas, NM we make a stop here. We love the food and the service! You guys are great! Definitely worth the trip!
I absolutely love the ground beef enchilada plate with red with an egg over easy on top mmm. But the green is excellent bit is hott (for me) but it is great if you love spicey foods. Must try. But so much options to fit everyone in the family. Even the picky ones. ☺

I make the trip up from Lubbock a few times a year for the tacos. We have nicknamed them "Jesus tacos" because one of my friends stated " They taste like Jesus made them!"
My favorite restaurant when visiting Las Vegas. Family owned, home cooked authentic New Mexican food. Best roasted chilis too. Look forward to my next visit.

When visiting in Las Vegas in New Mexico El Rialto is #1 on my list of places to eat I love their red chile enchiladas!
Great spot for lunch, I recommend the Rialto Enchilada plate for $13.50, roast beef, chicken and ground beef one each. Masterfully hand crafted with a side of posole!
This is what I consider to be home style Mexican. Very good prices, traditional dishes, and there’s a bar attached for drinks. They had daily specials and the place was open, bright, and clean.
Sofar so good.. for being our 1st time here.. good vibes at the bar area.. bartender is a good conversation starter... most likely stop by again when we pass thur..

A nice home town cafe. I had soup and grilled cheese. Both were excellent. Service was excellent with several staff checking in as they passed by. I even joined in singing happy birthday to what was obviously a well known patron. A most enjoyable lunch experience.
Very nice atmosphere. Staff very nice. The chicken in my enchilada was dry and tuff but the waited was very nice and brought out a replacement that was much more tender.
We went in this afternoon, the restaurant was packed, tables were cleaned, waitresses and staff were getting along great, they were swamped and handled it like Champs! The busser had those tables cleaned at all times, great to see they all worked together under pressure. OH AND OF COURSE THE FOOD WAS AWESOME! THANK YOU
