Review Mickey's Massive Burritos - LaSalle

2 words massive burrito! It's like Chipotle but so much better. Period! There's something for everyone and options to suit the pickiest people. The hot salsa isn't screaming hot. Was told it was 7 out of 10 closer to a 6-10 but still good. The barbacoa was perfect the counter employee was great. They didn't have the big tortillas for the massive burrito but he asked if it was ok to sub smaller to make the burrito correctly. That's a big plus. Overall experience was good prices hit perfectly for the size of the portions. Great little place to check out in Lasalle.

Annie's original taco s are the bomb! Best around! Lots of other goodies on the menu too! Come check them out. 😃

From Michigan, but visit the Valley often. Anytime we our in town, we swing by Mickey’s! We took our niece to dinner here tonight for her birthday. Food was amazing as always, we chatted with the owner - he’s super nice and funny. Michael did a great job making our food. Loves the entire experience and will go back again! ~Lacy 😊

Great food, friendly servers and not a bad price

Amazing food just a little disappointed last time got home and I burrito was a mess and I guess they used to 2 big shells instead of one because the bottom 1 was ripped

Not the first time I’ve had issues, but my wife ordered our supper from here while I was on my way home from work between 530 pm and 6 pm. The earliest delivery was for 723 pm I was very surprised at how far out it was, at 812 I called I’m guessing it was the owner he took 0 responsibility for the missed order he said it was chow-now”s fault I said it was a direct link from his web page! I’m kind of tired of local places passing the buck it’s kind of teenager ish no offense to the teens out there. We will no longer be eating there … disappointing

Good product. I tried one of every meat and they were all worth it. Plenty of taste for a Greek owned Mexican place.

Delicious food!! Great portions, we’re always so stuffed after eating. My daughter and I love it! A local gem in our community. We received fast and friendly service from Mickey and a young lady. We will definitely be back!

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First of all my friend and I came here for lunch and it took the guy at least 7 minutes to walk over to us to ask what we want. I don't understand how hard it could possibly be to make a burrito for 2 people but it took this guy at least 15 minutes for my friend and I. To make matters worse he was SO rude and cold it made us both feel uncomfortable. Then someone dropped off the keys to the place and said "found these here" really good to know you guys just leave your keys to your business hanging out. Then God forbid we say we are gonna "eat here" he then goes to get our chips and slams the thing shut. He must have dropped the f bomb at least 5 times and whoever was in the back of the place was slamming things around like a child. We overheard the conversation and I suppose everyone was in a bad mood because the owner was in a bad mood. That is absurd. I was absolutely speechless. You people need to seriously take a customer service class. Or the owner needs to seriously fire the nitwits you have for staff because if they keep doing the same thing repeatedly your business is going to get shut down. I have nothing good to say whatsoever. Get your act together.

Normally love coming here always good food. Except this time the cheese on the nachos tasted off and just wasn’t very good at all. Very dissatisfied this time

Love the food here! I hope they make the necessary adjustments to stay in business when the new chipotle restaurant comes to town. Those adjustments mainly fall into the customer service category. As you can tell by some of the recent reviews there is 1 or more staff members that don't have the passionate attitude to be standing behind the counter servicing customers. This is crucial to the future of this business and one of the most easy fixes. That's how this place goes from 3 star to 5 star and overcomes the chain competition with more success then ever before! Customers will always overlook higher prices and go with the better customer service, even if it means driving the distance to get a friendlier smile.....

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Food is always cold and at least 30 minutes late for delivery.
