Amazing service. My first time on Arby's ever and I had the curly fries, roast beef sandwich and a vanilla milkshake. Everything was delicious, the lady, Hope, was super nice and friendly and took her time explaining everything. Loved it.

The workers there are extremely vulgar and rude. Two of the workers made fun of a boy with a disability while the others watched. Not to mention, the food is disgusting Update: This Arby's has gotten new staff. They're okay. The food is still gross, though.

I usually love Arby's, but this one was horrible. Employee was outside smoking when I arrived and came in to take my order. Was about 85 degrees and I was told the AC was out. Food is great as always. I recommend getting the $1 chicken or pizza sliders from 2 to 5 or the smoke mountain when they got it. Hope was my server and she did an amazing job at being friendly with an exceptional personality!

Standard fast food. I try to order something special so it is cooked fresh. This was not the case. Ordered the chicken cordon bleu sandwich no sauce. Still was served a chicken breast that had been sitting around for awhile not hot not crispy. Eww.
