Amazing service. My first time on Arby's ever and I had the curly fries, roast beef sandwich and a vanilla milkshake. Everything was delicious, the lady, Hope, was super nice and friendly and took her time explaining everything. Loved it.

Previously left a good review, but this location has become AWFUL. Can’t keep same workers more than a month or two, in the last month they’ve gotten all but one of my orders wrong and their newest staff member, a young male, never gets orders right. When asking for one sauce per sandwich order for friends and family he told me he couldn’t give one per sandwich, it’s not allowed. I’ve never had these problems or poor service until the last month and a half. I won’t be coming to this location for a long time though it’s the most convenient location. This service has become pitiful.

The workers there are extremely vulgar and rude. Two of the workers made fun of a boy with a disability while the others watched. Not to mention, the food is disgusting Update: This Arby's has gotten new staff. They're okay. The food is still gross, though.

I usually love Arby's, but this one was horrible. Employee was outside smoking when I arrived and came in to take my order. Was about 85 degrees and I was told the AC was out. I should've taken those warnings and left, but instead ordered a chicken cordon blue sandwich. It was disgusting. The chicken must have been sitting around for hours. I've felt sick to my stomach since.

So I went through Arbys and ordered a value meal. They said it would be a few minutes because the fryers were warming up. They took my card for payment and then the waiting began. It was literally 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. They did apologize and gave me 3 free meal tickets for making me wait.

Food is great as always. I recommend getting the $1 chicken or pizza sliders from 2 to 5 or the smoke mountain when they got it. Hope was my server and she did an amazing job at being friendly with an exceptional personality!

Standard fast food. I try to order something special so it is cooked fresh. This was not the case. Ordered the chicken cordon bleu sandwich no sauce. Still was served a chicken breast that had been sitting around for awhile not hot not crispy. Eww.

The General Manager.. Crystal. waited on me. Very pleasant and quite generous! I was selected for a Free Meal . 😀. I was quite thankful and pleasantly surprised.Food was tasty .Excellent! Loved this and will be back !!
