Really a gorgeous Panera. Like, I don't know if I'll be able to ever look at the crossgates commons location ever again after visiting this one. It's absolutely huge, perfectly clean, and has actual full booths as well as all different sizes and shapes of tables.

Normally this Panera is 5 stars. Tonight tried something new and got a half steak sandwich. By far the saddest steak and cheese sandwich I’ve ever gotten.
Food came out quickly. I think the problems were mostly related to staffing issues. The restaurant was not clean. My husband cleaned a table for us. Items were not replenished. Food was lackluster.
I ordered a rapid pick up order online. It was ready very quickly and the order was accurate. I used a gift card for the order and input my debit card information for the difference. The gift card didn't go through and my debit card was charged the full amount. The manager made it so simple to recon
Panera used to be pretty lame, but now they are the only chain in the area that bakes their own stuff. They make a good souffle. My baby 🍼 ate the whole thing. He's never had solid food before. Picture for reference.

Have had horrible experience with Panera since they moved. I took a chance yet again today and ended up getting a green passion smoothie. It’s not even a smoothie, not even halfway blended. It had huge ice chunks in it along with huge pieces of spinach.
Great food every time. Prices are just getting too high for the size of the selections. Absolute consistency in quality and taste. Order way ahead. Service is definitely NOT fast food! Drive through is molasses.
