I love this Starbucks! This Starbucks is the best in the area. The staff is great, really helpful with getting you a drink you like. They are very kind and will remake your drink if it’s made wrong and do not complain, which I have seen at other locations. I’m a huge Starbucks fan - so if you aren’t drinking Mango Dragonfruit Refreshers, go try them! If you like sweetness instead of a more tart taste, get them with lemonade instead of water, and make sure to get them from this Starbucks in Latham!
Let’s be honest not everyday is perfect we go through it all in different ways and experience life on different occasions. But when it comes to one of your favorite things mine being coffee Starbucks is usually my go to I’ve been to many if not hundreds of different locations all over the place and this one is always the most consistent out of them all, I have no worries when coming to this location as I know my drinks will be made fresh and the same every time! Now obviously there’s always some off days with some Drinks as well. But just like life not everyday is perfect u live with it and move on. Great Job Guys :) 🏳️🌈
My favorite place to go for a caramel ribbon crunch frappe an a warm blueberry muffin fast service and very friendly specially the cute cashier she always makes my day

I stopped into this Starbucks for the first time last week after a hair appointment in the area and before a 3+ hour drive. I was so moved by how sweet the staff were, especially Tanya(? I'm pretty sure that was her name). She was so kind and really made an impression on me. I've never left this kind of review before, so it says a lot. She made my day so much better just by being friendly to me and asking me how I was doing, and meaning it. My hot caramel macchiato was also made perfectly, which made the experience even better. I will definitely make it a point to return to this location when I'm in the area. Thanks again, Tanya.
