There is one person at this location who makes my favorite salad with love. The ratio of chicken salad and lettuce is always balanced. And the chicken pot pie soup is amazing.

It is refreshing to be in any place where staff have great attitudes these days. The young women working here were friendly and patient. We were the only ones in the store, but they still worked together to get us in and out quickly. Their sandwiches are consistently good. I ordered for my kids only

I love going to Potbelly. I ordered online and my order was correct and tasted really fresh as If I ordered it at the actual shop. I have been going to Potbelly since I moved here and I have not been disappointed.

I'm happy with the friendly service but unhappy with my sandwich. My husband and I bought a chicken salad sandwich to share. Unfortunately my half of the sandwich was half empty. You only had one job to do! Come on man!
