I've had better service with the other locations than this one. I literally had to repeat my order 3 times. I asked for a drink with my food (no ice). Drink was warm, ordered the spicy nuggets (very dry) like they been sitting there all day. Something needs to change. Place hasn't been the same sinc

Once again drive threw fast food places have got me. I order a 12 piece nuggets and guess what did I get 12. No got 8 do we as consumers start to open every box and check. If you can't count you might want to go back to first grade. This will be the last time I go to this place. I called to complain

Good food. Very slow drive thru. Do NOT order a drink here because they scoop ice out of a bucket for the drinks. They don't use gloves and they put the dirty scooper back in the bucket of ice. They say the ice machine is broken but they have been doing this for at least several weeks.

Cashier was new and didn't understand our order. The manager tried to help but the cashier was translating for her. Not a good combination. Ran out of sweet tea. Glad it was not rush hour, if they even gave one here.

4th of July - Inside was closed with no note posted. Orders taken at the drive-thru. Ordered the family pack that included 3 sides and received one. Had to go back to drive thru window to get the missing sides. Hot mess.

I like this place.. I take my son here whenever I come to Laurel to shop at Walmart. The workers are always so friendly and polite. I've never had a bad visit with them. Yeah, I'm going to keep coming here. It's Popeye's, lol So don't expect no pics. It taste so good, I don't have time to t
