I had the pleasure of dining at Mad Cow for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious! I particularly enjoyed my meal because the seasonings were unique and the entree was cooked perfectly. I felt as if I were dining at an exclusive gourmet restaurant. I highly recommend Mad Cow Grill. If you dine here, you will not be disappointed. I intend to be a regular customer.
This place is the truth, the burgers are delicious, some might say it's pricey but once you taste the food you know it's worth it. Signature drinks are tasty also and they give you a hot cocoa shot after the meal that's love.
I also like the interaction with the chefs that you don't get with alot places and it makes the experience more comfortable so that you want to keep coming back to try everything. Finally a place worth talking about and I can't wait till summer when they get the outside grill going. Hat's off to you chefs, keep doing your thang!
This place is a gem. The food was fantastic and the portions huge. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable about the food being served. There are so many delicious choices that I will definitely be going back until I have tried them all. Definitely a must try.
Just went for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. The first impression was good - the host had a warm smile and we saw a lot of happy-looking diners. The art on the walls was really unusual and cool, and when we got to our booth beneath a graffiti pig, I saw that the artist's name was listed on a little plaque - so we looked him up and saw that he's from Laurel. Very cool that they support local artists! Then we picked up the beer menu and were happy to see a decent range of craft selections, including some local breweries (I really liked the Blood Orange Blonde from Mully's in Prince Frederick). Our waitress was brand new, but she did a great job - she was so friendly and genuine, knew a lot about the menu, and didn't leave us hanging for drink refills. We had the brussel sprout app, which was a good start. We had burgers for our meal, and they were done exactly the way we requested them (I was especially impressed that the bacon was crispy just the way I asked - I always ask for crispy and so many places give me floppy bacon). It was all delicious. My only disappointment was that we were so full that we didn't have room for the Smith Island Cake for dessert - so I'll have to get that next time. For the two of us, it was $60, which is a little more than we usually pay for a dinner out here in Laurel - but we agreed that it was WELL worth it. This place is a cut above most of the other restaurants around here, and we're definitely adding it to our list of regular date night spots.
I had the Power Burger... an O....M.....G Hands down the best burger I've ever had. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food came out hot and quick. The prices are great. We had a great time and will definitely be back....
This is so very exciting - the very best of Laurel!Everything on the Menu is Mouthwatering Delicious . I had the rosemary blue cheese with honey, red grapes - scrumptious. I also had the Rasta Pasta - melted in my mouth - fresh vegetables bursting with flavor. The servers were friendly and helpful - very warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.
What an awesome place!!! A hidden treasure... no longer hidden for us!!! #BlackExcellence #Oxtails are can’t wait to go back again!
The only thing missing from Mad Cow Grill is the beach to look out on the water while I sit at the bar drinking a MOOgarita ... just one of the many reasons why I love this place so much it reminds me of being on an island ... plus excellent service food drinks and staff ... I found my summer hub! Do not wait to visit... excellent !!!
We are from out of state. Looking for a place to eat that was not a chain restaurant. Best choice we made. Highly recommend everything on the menu!
Food was really good. Nice ambiance. Staff very attentive. Bus staff stayed on top of things cleaning tables and clearing the floor. One of the owners came around to say hello at the tables which was really nice.
This place is amazing, great food, great chef's, great staff...
The food was great it took a while for us to get our food. The total in my group was three and there was only one other person waiting to be served. My friend was a little upset that the waitress took a while to bring the check.
The food was great. I wish the jerk chicken was more spicy. But it was very tender. The plantains were very good. Met the chefs and they were welcoming. I purchased the jalapeno sauce to go. It was tasty.
I was so pleased with my visit today. I was not going to come out. Mother's Day is different for me now. I lost my mother this past February so it is a first for me to do this without her. I had a party of 10 that wanted to make it a good day for me and my daughter. At first, I was disappointed because it was buffet style but I was snapped out of that today. I will never ever doubt your food decisions ever again. You all hit a home run today with me. Don't stop keep on moving with what you all are doing. Be blessed.
We met here for lunch today. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service. One co-worker said that his pork ribs were just OK, and I agree. I ordered them to go and requested extra sauce. However, my ribs had a very thin layer of sauce, and they were spicy. My co-worker said his pork ribs were spicy too. He did not want his spinach; my spinach and rice and beans were still good the next day. Those who had burgers, enjoyed them. I also enjoyed my fried fish tacos. My Coconut & Walnut cake did not have enough cake, though it was tasty. It seemed to be mostly the whipped cream topping. My Jamaican fruit cake was moist and sweet. They have 3 stalls in the rest room; one is handicap accessible. They also have outdoor dining, and they have added an extension which looks like a potential conference hall or venue for private parties.
I went in for a takeout of the Breaking Bad Burger. After waiting roughly 35 minutes for my burger, I was not disappointed. The burger as a whole was very juicy and flavorful. I selected this item because the shrimp intrigued me, and it was the shrimp that was the best part . The atmosphere seemed very lively even at 8 pm when I entered. I would definitely recommend sitting down to eat here with family and friends. Not the best option for takeout because burgers do tend to take long.
Very casual place, thought it was a take out spot only from the outside. There's a decent bar area and outdoor dining. Prices are a bit pricey for the size of the food. Wasn't expecting $14 appetizers, $15 cocktails served in plastic cups or $23 entrees of rice and beans and a fillet. Food and drinks tasted great though. Got seated quickly for a Sat evening and waitress was kind and attentive. Happy to see a few low carb and vegetarian/vegan options. Fun hip hop background music though I was hoping for some Caribbean sounds. Will return again to check out their Veggie Rasta Pasta and brunch 😋
Flavorful, zesty, divine. Bryan J was an awesome server. The Morning Joe burger was an excellent choice as medium rare, the jerk chicken was definitely seasoned to perfection, the Mary Berry drink was sweet for a hot summer day. well done!
Great food, great customer service, food arrived quick. Only thing I didn't like and it could be because it was Friday night but it seemed like music was too loud. Waitresses had to yell to speak to us, it was hard to have a conversation. It seemed everyone was speaking louder because the music was so loud. But it could be due it being Friday night.
Brunch was AWESOME! Had shrimp & grits & steak & eggs, with a peach Bellini. We also had red velvet cake & banana pudding cake, and they provided a small espresso cup of hot chocolate! Amazing service & great vibes!
