I've lived under this management for almost a year and couldn't be happier. Staff is extremely kind, prompt, and professional. Maitenance has exceeded my expectations several times. I'm happy to say I've resigned my lease for yet another year! Truly the best rental experience I've had thus far.

Moved to 901 Lofts a month ago and couldn't be happier with my decision. It will be a no brainer to renew my lease in next June!! Its such a great location to all of downtown and with how easy the apartments are to take care of, I don't know why anyone would live anywhere else!!

Pro -- great location-- you have all of mass street within walking distance, fairly nice fit and finish, i thought management and maintaince was easy to work with, I either had quiet neighboors or thick walls (but I was on the top floor) so not alot of intra-apartment noise, it was nice being close
