Review Mcdonald's - Le Roy

First of all, the prices here are ridiculous! Ordered 5 meals, came upward of $66! Airport prices are better than this! The gentlemen on the drive through speaker did a great job getting the order correct. Then, two of my quarter pounder meals did not have the bacon we paid for nor any napkins. Since this location is a rest stop, turning around is a hassle. After getting to the window, it took about two minutes of blowing the horn and trying to flag someone down before someone came to the window. After explaining I had no bacon they brought back my sandwichs with no bacon again! They didn't even bother making the burger correctly, they just asked if they came bring the bacon on the side. I asked for a free fry for the inconvenience and I was denied! Are you serious McDonald's?! The worst McDonald's ever! The management here needs some training!

I had an order of 2 chicken sandwich and a happy meal for kids. I noticed that the employee put ice in the drink and told her I don't want ice , remove it please so she got angry and threw the drink and brought another drink without ice and left and did not complete the order for me and I kept waiting until another employee intervened and asked her to complete the order for me and thanked her and she left. The first employee's behavior was impolite and disrespectful, She put ice in the drink without asking me and her impolite manner of treatment. Even the sandwich was not as it should have contained very little salad and 2 very small pieces of tomato’s.

that's how you make a burger . You burn the bun to the ground , dump all the ingredients in a messy pile, and season it with fresh vomit they call "sauce", and here you go, you've got yourself a tasty McDonald's service plaza burger

Really thankful for being open that late, 1:30 am. Mr Den make it even more unforgettable I wish all cashiers was like him. Thank u one more time mc Donald’s and Den

Very dirty place... Workers don't understand English..

Stopped by on our way to buff. Customer service was ehh we got a “whatever” , but other than that…fries on fresh , burgers on banging, nuggets on crisp. Drinks on brisk. I mean , all in all. It was bussin bussin. Oh don’t forget to mention the cinnamon roll on sticky icky. 4 stars / I highly recommend!

Nice people. The female blond manager is hot, and my spicy nuggets were Terrible.

It's food. My granddaughter likes an occasional Happy Meal. The nice thing is you always know what you're getting.
