I've been here before and LOVED it. This time around, the enchiladas were bland. Not nasty but didn't really taste like anything. The salsa is delicious still! I will go back and try it again to see if it was just a fluke.

Ordered the small menudo, and my hubby ordered the nopales con chile rojo, eggs, beans and potatoes. Food was great the staff just needs to be more confident when speaking, It honestly makes a difference.

I ordered the beef and chicken fajitas with shrimp,grilled onions and mushrooms with melted cheese. It was awesome, the rice was a little plain but the charro beans had bacon in it . I could eat those beans every day.

My family loves to eat at El Centinela. The people are really nice, good and attentive service. They have good tea. The food is excellent. We love the fajitas, combo plates, and nachos. The chips and red sauce are so good! The margaritas are great!
The service and atmosphere was great. The place was super clean but unfortunately I didn’t like the crispy tacos. The shell was too hard and the meat was off. The toppings didn’t mend well and the enchilada was too gooey. I would go again I would just get something different but I still had a 5 star
