Greatly improved. Ordered a five piece chicken tender meal with lemonade. For $9 and tax received 5 chicken tenders, decent size coleslaw, small fries, a biscuit and for me what was a large lemonade. I have to tell you out of all the chicken chain restaurants Kentucky Fried Chicken is still the best. This location has improved immensely went to the drive-thru it was fast they were courteous and the food was fresh and hot. Will definitely be back.
The one thing people Overlook is their chicken sandwich. It's Fresh and AMAZING. Try it. You'll be glad you did.
This place had no issues doing the four orders that I had correctly. Not all places get orders done correctly. Food is good.
My husband and I are vegan so when we heard they had the vegan fried "chicken" we had to try it! It was so good! We loved it!!! We are happy to have another vegan option when we are out and about.
The food was very good.
The atmosphere was great.
The service was ok.
I had a coupon which was valid but the manager said it wasn't in the system and gave me a problem.
In the end she met me half way which wasn't a real solution but I accepted it.
If the system rejects me a second time then I will have to throw the towel in but for now, people were waiting for me and I had to take it.
I hope they get it together before my next venture
Overall not too bad for a fast food joint. The restaurant was relatively clean, the food was prepared quickly, and the cashier was personable (although she was young, and could've had a little better English speaking skills.)
The food was good, the chicken was freshly made. The shift supervisor on 1/14 around 6 pm is a little rude. You can see the frustration on the workers dealing with him. He does not speak kind to workers and customers. Other than that masks are on clean spot social distancing is good.
Excellent customer service. The chicken was hot and freshly cooked. The sides were delicious...cole slaw and Mac n cheese. I ordered through the app for the first time and was pleased with how simple it was to use and the simplicity of completing my order. My food was ready when I arrived.
