I don’t write reviews very often but this Dunkin Donuts deserves one! The staff and service is always extremely fast and polite. The Dunkin I used to live near was consistently terrible and I frequently waited 20+ minutes for my order. It’s nice to know some locations are run correctly and efficiently. Thanks for always making my morning smooth!
The people there are always friendly, and I believe by now to know my name by face and not look at the ticket 😊
Sometimes, they are busier than others, but everyone runs around doing their job and getting customers in and out as quickly as possible.
I appreciate all the efforts....the greetings when I enter when it's slow and they havea momentto look up from what they are doing and for all the breakfast treats they prepare me when I am running late and unable to make at home for myself.

Definitely the BEST Dunkin we have been to in this state. The staff is super friendly. Only 3 of them on a busy Sunday morning and they had the drive thru and inside down pat. This location actually has jelly munchkins too!!! This will be our go to location from now on. Not going to either of the others in North leesburg or Orlando anymore. Great job!
I always get the large mocha ice coffee with cream and liquid cane sugar it is so good that I’ve now got everyone drinking it my boyfriend and my best friend all go with me and we just order 3 of the same coffee plus what ever food we might want. If you down load the app and visit often you can get a boosted status on the app and earn points towards free coffee/drinks or food .

I’m a regular customer since they open, I go almost everyday to buy food for my son and my self and all I can say is positive from food quality to customer service.

The people are awesome here. Thank you Jermaine!! They did forget my coffee and I was waiting for some time in the drive thru line but Jermaine was amazing, fixed it super quick and even brought back donuts.
Rarely is the food bad or wrong, The service is almost always great, and at worst, still above average and polite. This is the only dunkin I would recommend in the leesburg area. The only drawback is that other people know it too, so drive-thru can get very busy, If you expect a full menu by lunchtime, you are deluding yourself. First come, first served.
Only Dunkin I go to in Leesburg. Service exceptional staff treat you like family!
I came here for the first time yesterday and was blown away by the service and how well my drinks were made. I came home and announced to the house how we finally found a Dunkin that makes the drinks perfectly! This morning I returned and had their food and it was done well too. As someone who is a Dunkin fan but admittedly will sometimes receive subpar drinks, food and service, I was so pleased to find a location that seems to consistently make great drinks and food fresh to order. This location is out of the way for me on my usual routes, but I will take the detour if they continue to exceed my expectations. Keep it up guys! 👍🏼

Wonderful staff. Friendly and efficient. Even though they are working, short staffed. You'd never know it. Come, get a cup of coffee, iced drink, delicious bagels and calorie free donuts. Please support local businesses.
