While personal experience at this location with food quality and staff has been positive in the near year I been in this area. Today I was highly disappointed by the mix up of their restroom door decorations. It's clearly obvious that the snowman should have been on the men's door and santa and his famous "ho ho ho!" at the lady's door.

It has been along time since we did business with this Burger King because the service under old management was so unprofessional, we walked out because the cashier was flirting with another customer. We were not the only ones that walked that day. Would like the public to know this store is under NEW management. Not sure when but I would like to tell you about the service and professional management that took care of us today. We ordered the 12.99 meal deal. 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers, 3 onion rings. We were missing 1 cheese burger. My husband called he went to pick up the cheese burger, the manager handed him a whole new order. My husband said he just wanted the cheese burger we were missing. Manager said it was their mistake. We are definitely a Burger King customer again. Thank you to the manager and staff. Pleasure doing business with you and we will spread the good word.

New management has really changed this BK. By far the best customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. My food was prepared perfectly The cashier brought my food to my table, checked in on me to make sure I did not need any more sauces, then came back and picked up my tray. I will definitely come back and dine here again. I even went as far as to contact the manager and complete the online survey.

UPDATED: I went back for the cheesy tots. They were out of them but the service has dramatically improved and it seems that they are taking more of an effort. I updated the rating. Lets start at the very beginning of this experience. I wasn't feeling very well, and really just didn't want to deal with anyone to start, so with that being said, I realize I'm already a little bit more cranky than usual so I give them the benefit of the doubt and bite my tounge more than most of the entire time. I went through the drivethru, I just wanted something inside my tummy so I could continue my day without a growling hunger running deep. I could barely here the girl, the speaker kept going in and out and when she was able to be heard it was screaming pitch. I proceed anyway, I've already come this far, so lets finish this out. I see the fresher options, grilled chicken salad. It's marked around 5.45$ so I call out the salad and see it ring up on the screen at 6.85$. It confused me why they would advertise one price but have it be another. I ask the girl why its ringing up different and whatever she attempted to say couldn't be heard but the final word I could muster was, "Did you still want the salad". With that explanation I couldn't resist, I ordered cheesy tots and 2 whopper Jrs as well. I pull up and pay for the order, no recipt given. I pull to the second window, she hands me my whoppers and cheesy tots and then the salad. I check before I leave and see I paid 6.85$ for lettuce and two sliced tomato pieces. At this point, I'm annoyed, I really just wanted to cancel everything and go back home l but I just spent 12$ on food and so I pull back into the drive thru to see a few cars, argh, I park and get out. I walked in to a semi clean resturant and see a young woman taking a couples order and I proceed to wait behind them, looking back to see a fully staffed kitchen. Short staffed didn't seem to be the problem today. It's my turn so I ask for the manager. I'm still deciding at this point if I'm going to cancel and get my money back, she seems friendly and I remind myself Im just being cranky. She asks what the problem is and I hand her my lettuce and ask where the chicken ran off too. She turns and starts getting loud at the staff in the back. I found comfort that she was just as annoyed by the situation as I was, she leaves and comes back a few minutes later with the same salad but now added chicken too it. She asked if I had gotten a drink to go with it, I believe this was an attempt to either offer me something for annoyance or to try and sell me a drink. Communication wasn't very clear with that one so I just declined, thanked her and left back to my car. I'm giving 1 star, on multiple reasoning. Mostly because the service was crap, but after leaving and eating one of the whopper Jr burgers, I found it to be one of the nasiest burgers I ever had from burger king. The bread was stale yet soggy, like it had been sitting back there over night. The salad had literally lettuce, chicken and 2 slices of tomato. For the price of that salad you would think it would have more too it. The only thing I found okay was the cheesy tots. So, I rate the quality, quantity and value at 1 star as well. The experience was poor.
