This little gem right here - WOW! In town from NYC and staying nearby at the Lansdowne Resort, and we decided to check out a restaurant nearby. I'm so glad we chose Travinia!!! Everything was fresh - the bread, my pasta, and the decadent chocolate cake that I am slow eating because I don't want it to be gone. Definitely get the garlic knots and the Rigatoni Short Rib. I couldn't put any of it down, and I had to be rolled out of there! Also, the staff is sp pleasant and we enjoyed our very sweet server Bella. I'll be back in town again next month and will definitely be stopping here for a meal!
Food was absolutely divine. I’m not normally a fan of salmon but it was delicious. The roasted potatoes were also incredible! The seasoning on the chicken was perfect and didn’t overpower the Alfredo. The martini was good, and very strong. Lastly, the tiramisu was the first I have ever tried and, wow. The bar is set almost impossibly high, it is my new favorite dessert. My waiter was friendly and attentive, and it was easy to make reservations. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Best experience dining out in such a long time. To start, I think it was a manager who took my reservation and he was super professional and nice. Our server Val was excellent! She was attentive and came by our table regularly to check in and keep our drinks refilled. She also made an effort to stop and chat and never made us feel rushed even with the busy night. We ordered the bruschetta to start and I got the short rib rigatoni, and it was delicious! I will also say the espresso martini was my favorite I’ve ever had. We are excited to come back thanks to Val and the other staff for making it a great night.
I ordered a delicious meal and unfortunately the wine was forgotten. They drove it all the way out to me and were so kind. After a horrible day to have that kind of service along with amazing, legit Italian food made my day. Thank you so much! Also side note: prices are good and portions massive.
My wife and I have eaten here numerous times and received consistent food quality and outstanding customer service every time.
Last night we held a rehearsal dinner for 20 people. They helped us with preparation in terms of food choices , wine selection even helped us hook to their monitor so we could flip pictures of the bride and groom growing up during the event . The server Mike was professional and attentive. Proactively timing the food around activities and keeping the drinks filled. It was a wonderful event and I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants good Italian food with an upscale atmosphere.
The Italian nachos were delicious! Service was excellent. Patrick was great. Highly recommend.
The Chicken Parmesan was just alright. Needs more flavor.
No bread with your meal, so don’t expect it.
My wife and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner here. We had a large group so we did one of the fixed menus. The owner provided his recommendations and changed a few things. It was excellent! The short rib rigatoni was sooo good. We highly recommend this place especially if you have a large group.
The food was excellent the presentation was beautiful. The waitress was friendly and very attentive and funny. The wine was very nice. The place was expected very clean and very nice atmosphere. It was a mix of people older and younger and middle aged. The bathroom was very clean as expected to be. It is a little pricey but overall very pleased with my visit.
Wonderful atmosphere with outdoor seating looking onto the plaza. The menu offers a contemporary American and Italian cuisine.
Amazing! Classy atmosphere and delicious food for a great price! The bread alone is worth coming here. Not only was the service fantastic, but the portion sizes were generous, the food was ready quickly, and the entire experience was delightful. I can't wait to come back here!
The pasta from here is to die for! Definitely one of the better places from the village at Leesburg! The hostesses and waitress were really kind and situated us with outside seating since we had our puppy. Only wish that the outdoor seating was kept as clean and nice as the indoor seating. Our waitress offered water for our puppy and checked on us regularly. The food came out promptly after ordering. The chicken in Pasta Mia Nonna was well seasoned and the Asiago cream sauce was amazing. My boyfriend ordered the short rib rigatoni and I wish I had ordered that too! The short rib was so tender and delicious.

I have been coming to Travinia for years and I have to admit, I have never had one bad experience here. You know a restaurant is good when it can always offer good quality food and service no matter how busy it gets. The environment and service has always been warm and welcoming. Vinny always takes care of my husband and I when we dine in. He recommends the best dishes and has never failed to impress us. My husband got Parmesean chicken linguine and I got the salmon with veggies on the menu. The dessert was also delicious! If you're looking for quality Italian food and great service, this place is where it's at! Impeccable food, friendly service, and excellent environment!

I enjoyed the live music and all the staff were very nice. My group and I had a couple items and I would recommend the peach sangria, zucchini fritte appetizer, spaghetti bolognese and linguine carbonara. We also had the Italian nachos which were okay but lacking sauce in my opinion. Another person had Mirian's pescatore but with spicy arrabiata sauce; the seafood was cooked perfectly but they didn't like the sauce so much. Still a great experience and we will definitely be going back!
Absolutely the best! Quite possibly the best Italian place in Northern VA. Quality is amazing, food is amazing, service is amazing. Incredible cocktails 🍸 too. I didn't get pictures of those
The food is good. I have had better Italian at better prices. My order got messed up but the server still did a great job. The manager excused it by saying a lot of the food sounds the same. Don't excuse it, just apologize and move on. For NOVA it is good though.
Good Italian food. No complaints. Prices are reasonable and food quality is good. I had the lunch special of lobster bisque with crab slider and it was very good. Kids food is reasonable and they liked it. Pasta Alfredo and pizza were some of the kids food items they liked. The wine choices were plenty.
