When I arrived the burgers were ready - they waited to make my shake and bag my fries until I was there! So my shake was frozen. My fries were HOT and I was out the door.

Consistently great staff, great burger toppings, and decent beef (not as good as in the midwest, but that's tough to come by in Virginia). The fries are wonderful, especially with malt vinegar. I wish there were keto sides, but you can get the burger in a tray without a bun, which is a great option.
Ordered a burger at the Leesburg location and it was great! Burgers were appropriately cooked and was not soggy. Also, ordered fries and they were warm with a bit of a crunch. Delicious! Will certainly go back.
