This is a hidden gym that doesn’t get talked about enough. The sandwiches are amazing, and the portion size is more than enough for one person. People are friendly, they’ve got some really cool things you don’t find at a normal grocery store and everything is very fresh.

Best deli sandwiches in the area. Perfect spot to grab a quick sandwich for lunch.

The Deli makes delicious subs! A 12 inch sub is a satisfying meal by itself. Meats and fixings are fresh, and there are several bread choices. Favorites are Mad Italian, Super Smokey, and Steak and Cheese. Meats and fixings are liberally applied. Carry out service worked out fine. The Lansdowne location is a bit hard to find because its signage is somewhat subdued. Parking was a bit tight. However, it was a great choice!

Cute little deli. Very nice staff, parking is a little complicated if you need it.

Great overall place. From a person who lived in Philadelphia for almost 20 years, I know a good hoagie. I got the Mad Italian and the Millino with everything. Next time I will get mine dry for the ride home so the integrity of the sandwich. The roll was starting to come apart but it was still delicious. There was so much meat! My son and I loved out hoagies.

So good! The sandwiches are huge! This is half of the "12 inch" Mad Italian. Plenty of sandwich choices, 3 racks of chips, and lots of drink. They were busy but quick service.

Easily the best deli sandwiches in the area! Skip all the chain sandwich restaurants like Subway and Jersey Mike's, this is where you wanna go! Prices are a little higher than your typical subs but you're getting your money's worth and then some! Sandwiches come PACKED with meat and a good helping of veggies on top! Meats have been cut fresh in-store since I started visiting many years ago and I love that they keep uncut pieces on display so you know you're getting a quality cold cut; they keep their jars of pepper relish on display too. Quality is consistent, the same gentleman is always preparing the sandwiches (I think he's the owner), so you'll always get the same great sub every visit! Start with an 8 inch if you're a first time customer because they're big! 12 inch subs are great for sharing with someone else or saving for the next day, because you'll be hurting if you try to finish the whole thing yourself! Bags of chips and cold bottled drinks are available for purchase with the subs, they even have soda made with cane sugar which is rare to see. Don't expect a meal deal here, everything is priced a la carte but you likely don't need the add-ons anyways. Other odds and ends are available too like deli salads but I've yet to try them myself. Highly recommend The Deli, it's a small hole in the wall serving up the best sandwiches I've had!

Uhhhmazing!! I felt like I was back in Europe when I walked in! The man behind the counter was super friendly and my sandwich was to die for. You had better be hungry for an amazing grinder. Hoagie, sub whatever you may call it. You will spend about $15.00 for a fresh delicious sandwich that will feed you at least twice!
