Beautiful place. Best salsa and chips I’ve had in awhile. I had the philly steak burrito and it was a slice of Heaven.... no joke. Absolutely amazing. Prices weren’t too bad, service was good. Would highly recommend.
Went on their opening night and it was amazing! They had free appetizers and two margaritas! The resturant was beautiful and the staff was very friendly! I highly recommend this resturant!
I enjoyed my first visit here immensely. The waiter was great. The guacamole man was fantastic! The food as well. I had the three veggie enchiladas for 11.99, I was not disappointed in the sauces. I was surprised that the vegetarian offerings were the same prices are meat entres. We arrived late Friday night after shopping. It was very pleasant.

Hubs and I went with our toddler and my parents on a Saturday night. No wait, excellent service and delicious food on all of our choices. We will definitely be returning. I believe our waiter was Salvador and he was amazing, even engaged our two year old and made the whole experience positive and enjoyable.

I work in the Village and my coworkers and I eagerly awaited Plaza to open and were not disappointed! Fast service, great food and atmosphere! Definitely will be a regular lunch spot!!!!

They overcharged me for extra tortilla. It says 3 on my receipt and I only got 2. When i asked the server, she didn't seem to understand my question. Also, the portions got very small.
It's amazing. Our server, Vanessa, was very kind and attentive. Food was good too. Lunch special is such a deal. Nothing above like 11 dollars, the portions are great too. I ordered Steak fajita (11dollars), and beef quasadila with two beef tacos (8.5 dollara). So great! Chips and salsa were very yum yum too. Easy to park on street and they also have parking garage.
We eat here often, and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and we never have to wait long, if at all to get a table. The restaurant has live music several nights a week, with Karaoke as well. If you don't like a lot of noise, you may want to call to find out when the live music is playing to avoid a loud dining experience. They usually have some sort of programming on several of the monitors around the dining area, and it's a pretty lively place overall. They have a bar in the back by the stage, and plenty of tables in the front. There is covered outside dining as well for good weather. This is a popular place in a nice spot in Leesburg Village.
More than just your everyday Mexican restaurant. Some very tasty meals! Nice atmosphere, good service. I especially love the tableside guacamole cart. Can't get fresher than handmade right at your table! Delish!
I’ve loved eating at Plaza Azteca for many years now, but have only ever been there for dinner until recently. I got lunch take-out and was pleasantly surprised at their lunch specials. Lots of options, nice portions, at really great prices! I was wowed at how much I loved what I got (pork pastor tacos w/ sunny side up egg). The others in my group also enjoyed what they got. Highly recommend this place!
This place was kind of neat. Our waiter was friendly. I didn't enjoy the chips and salsa as much, but the Shredded Chicken Nachos was great and a really good portion size! We enjoyed our visit.
We came in for just an appetizer and some drinks late in the day. Our waitress was incredibly kind and didn't pressure us to order anything else. Every staff interaction was great. And the food was excellent, too! Their loaded queso is generous, well-seasoned, and balanced. All around excellent trip.
This may be my favorite Mexican place. The dishes are generous and delicious. Thr atmosphere is lovely. It is not tex-mex. Take the time to be adventurous. I followed them from their previous location in Sterling.
I have gotten pickup. My order was correct. Dine In is more relaxed and we didn't feel rushed.
I LOVE Mexican food. I used to be an Uncle Julio's regular, but then I found Plaza Azteca. As the COVID crisis lowered the standards of service and quality across many restaurants, Plaza Azteca stayed consistently delicious. From the frozen margarita/sangria combo to the chips, salsa, and tableside guac, everything is consistently flavorful. The fajitas for two are my go-to, and the pork is a game changer. Some nights we do pork, shrimp, chicken, and veggies and others we just do pork, shrimp, and veggies. Some nights we add pineapple, which brings the fajitas to a whole new level. Regardless of what combination we order, they are eye-closing, sigh-savoring good every single time. To add to the overall experience, Vanessa and Ricky are fantastic servers, and the rest of the staff is always attentive. Plaza Azteca definitely has my vote for best Mexican food in Loudoun!

Had a great lunch at Plaza Azteca today. It was our first visit so we were uncertain how everything was.
I ordered the lunch Birria tacos and they tasted great. My wife ordered the lunch enchiladas which was also quite good.
There were some items I was curious about, like the Mexican fried rice dishes but we played it safe this time.
All in all the food tasted good and only knock I had was the prices were a little high for the portions but I think that is all restaurants these days.
We went for a late lunch with the family. Service was quick and good. Between the six of us we had several different dishes. Highlights were the Burrito San Jose, mainly because the chicken was so good, and the taco salad, primarily due to the best shell I've ever had. Beans were good, chimichangas are good. Chips and salsa typical if not a bit bland. Beer was good and cold. About $12 per person with drinks and tip. Well worth the price.
Superior quality, authentic taste! Pricing is fair for the size of each meal. Hostess was super helpful. Even with a take out meal, everything was superb! Definitely coming back!
Love this place. I visit northern Virginia every few months. Haven't been back since pandemic started. I used to go to the Plaza Aztec in Sterling but it closed. Found this one on Google Maps. Same great food, staff and atmosphere. Will keep going back.
This is such a great location with dietary options for those of us that prefer a plant based way of living. I had a vegan burrito and it was packed with goodness, made with tofu . It was absolutely seasoned really well. The size was enormous,I made 3 meals out of it .

The Chipotle burrito was exceptional! Incredible size and flavors and perfectly cooked. The chips and salsa were okay, a little flat in flavor and lacking salt. I enjoyed the gigantic happy hour beer and it was a cool atmosphere with good service overall.
Not a bad place for some Mexican food. Chips and salsa we still included which is nice bc alot of places are charging. Portion size for the dinners were very big. Queso fresco was very good. Chimis could have been fried just a touch longer but they were good. My wife got the tacos al pastor and the pork was overflowing on the taco. Overall a solid place.
Love love love this restaurant! They are so friendly from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. When finding difficulty to choose what to drink, the server mentioned the also served “agua fresca” involving pineapple flavor, horchata, and mango flavor! They were so good. The food was so fresh and you could tell how much thought they put into their ingredients. 13/10 recommend!!!
