The manager, Kenny was very patient with us and providing great service. He even used reward points to provide us some free food.
It was very clean and the food was delicious. The wait was short, and there were a lot of people picking up food to go leaving the dining room fairly empty. Always a fan of Noodles n Co!
If you have ever been to noodles and company and you compare this to the others, this one is a little less good. What I experienced from this one was less good service and food. The place still looks nice and you have a terrace if you want to sit outside.
I did not have company, but the noodles were on point.
Seriously though, I love this chain. I just recommend ordering your fav menu item with double meat, as that's a way better ratio of meat to noodles in my humble pasta-loving opinion.
The staff always do a good job at these places. I've never had a bad experience, unlike many chain fast food eateries.
Haven't been to a noodles and co in a month time but I used to go all the time. I'm going to start going again. I really like their selection of dishes sand my favorite is Japanese Pan Noodles with drive Siracha sauce. I have been to a few different locations and they have all been good including this one
Great food. Awesome menu. Unfortunately the closest one is 1 hour from my home so I love coming when I am in the area and need lunch.
Kenny the manager puts his heart and soul into the place and it really shows.The food is top quality and the way he treats people makes you think that you are his brother.
My mom and I stopped at the Leesburg, VA location for supper. This is our first time ever eating at this restaurant, and it was a great experience. The gentleman at the counter was very patient and helpful while we figured out what we wanted, and offered suggestions that might suit our tastes. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Definitely would stop again if ever back in the area. The food was delicious!
Staff was very friendly, unfortunately my noodles came out cold but they were happy to remake it for me. Store was clean too :) Long wait time but they were very busy so i understand. Will be returning next time i’m craving their delicious alfredo !
The food tasted amazing, and was fresh. Service was awesome! I am a wounded vet in a wheel chair, and my wheel chair broke while ordering. The manager took his time to try to find a wrench to assist me in fixing my chair, and he did it with a smile! The dining area is clean and everything including the staff is always presentable. Will be making this part of my weekly schedule!
Great food with lots of healthy options. Service was above and beyond what we expected, from recognizing there was a line and adding more staff to take our order to the friendly staff clearing the table afterwards. Manager/owner? helped me when he noticed I was struggling with what to get the kids to drink. He also unexpectedly came by later to get the kids something for after dinner. Great experience.
Fast and very friendly service. I had the Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken, which I had no problem finishing. It was *supposed* to be a healthier option, however it was heavy in sodium and fat. The “sauce” was very thin and after I had finished the dish, there was about 1/2 to 1 cup of liquid left over.
