Seemed that they were struggling to complete orders in a timely fashion. I was told that they were training 2 staff and those that were patient were given a discount. The manager did what he could to make all who were getting subs happy. The food is worth the wait.
The staff today was on fire
They were being hounded by rude customers because they got backed up by a ton of big online orders, but they kept their cool, stayed calm, and got my sub made in 10 minutes with probably 25 subs ahead of me

Their subs are always good. A little pricey. But worth it if your hungry. I always forget to ask for extra mayo or mustard or whatever, so the sandwich ends up being a bit too dry. But, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean. I definitely keep going back.
It's a chain sub restaurant so there shouldn't be any surprises. The meat is definitely a cut above Subway, so it has that going for it. One annoyance is their large sub isn't that large, but the next size up is "giant," which is unnecessarily large--forcing you into a choice where you'll likely be

Excellent sub shop. They slice the cold cuts for you fresh when you order. The bread rolls are okay, not great. Have the usual selection of sandwich toppings. An excellent place to get run of the mill Italian subs, not a great place for unique fare.
