The store was clean. The quality was goo and the staff was friendly.

Awesome subs! Way better than Subway, too bad there aren't any in MA yet!
Seemed that they were struggling to complete orders in a timely fashion. I was told that they were training 2 staff and those that were patient were given a discount. The manager did what he could to make all who were getting subs happy. The food is worth the wait.
The staff today was on fire
They were being hounded by rude customers because they got backed up by a ton of big online orders, but they kept their cool, stayed calm, and got my sub made in 10 minutes with probably 25 subs ahead of me
We thought the giant italien sub done Mike's way was the best, delicious

The food continues to be good but they constantly get my order wrong, how hard is it to make a steak only sub?

Their subs are always good. A little pricey. But worth it if your hungry. I always forget to ask for extra mayo or mustard or whatever, so the sandwich ends up being a bit too dry. But, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean. I definitely keep going back.
It's a chain sub restaurant so there shouldn't be any surprises. The meat is definitely a cut above Subway, so it has that going for it. One annoyance is their large sub isn't that large, but the next size up is "giant," which is unnecessarily large--forcing you into a choice where you'll likely be unhappy either way. The sandwiches are of pretty good quality for a chain. Not a bad choice for something quick.
I first discovered Jersey Mike's when I lived in North Carolina and it reminded me of a real sub where I grew up in NY. The bread, meat and other ingredients are great quality and taste. Been to this location a number of times and they are friendly and so a great job making the food. If you are looking for a real sub, this is a placer to try

This location is phenomenal, amid all the corona craziness one of my families orders got messed up. We called to inform them and the general manager was probably one of the nicest most understanding and accommodating person. This location is such a great family establishment and it’s easy to accommodate all of our families dietary needs (we have gluten free and picky children).
Excellent sub shop. They slice the cold cuts for you fresh when you order. The bread rolls are okay, not great. Have the usual selection of sandwich toppings. An excellent place to get run of the mill Italian subs, not a great place for unique fare.
