My wife and I visited Toup's Kajun Kitchen Sunday 20231217. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and great service. The waiters checked on us occasionally to ensure we were doing okay. The most polite young man waited on us and even brought our order to us. He had exceptional manners. Very Clean inside also.
The manager mentioned an error had occurred and offered a replacement item. Really cool and thoughtful person. The restaurant was clean, and the team obviously worked well together. Ty (Eddie?)
It's McDonald's, what do you expect? Every time I buy a happy meal for my daughter and say no apple slices I get apple slices! Not sure why
Food is what you expect from McDonald's, but service is good, and anytime they've messed up my order, they fixed it, no problem.
I placed my order with Lacey at the drive thru and she was a SWEETHEART. Someone give this girl a raise because she deserves one! If I ever come back, it would be because of her. I usually don’t like coming to McDonald’s because I’ve experienced very rude workers, but she’s not one of them. Thanks L
Always greet you as you walk in the door if you stand long enough they always ask what you waiting on and very friendly and team membership rocks.
