Review Mcdonald's - Leesville

My wife and I visited Toup's Kajun Kitchen Sunday 20231217. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and great service. The waiters checked on us occasionally to ensure we were doing okay. The food was good, although the chicken fried steak could've been cooked longer. The scrambled eggs could've been cooked a little harder as well. But overall, the food was good. I recommend Toup's Kajun Kitchen.

The most polite young man waited on us and even brought our order to us. He had exceptional manners. Very Clean inside also.

The manager mentioned an error had occurred and offered a replacement item. Really cool and thoughtful person. The restaurant was clean, and the team obviously worked well together. Ty (Eddie?)

It's McDonald's, what do you expect? Every time I buy a happy meal for my daughter and say no apple slices I get apple slices! Not sure why

Food is what you expect from McDonald's, but service is good, and anytime they've messed up my order, they fixed it, no problem.

I placed my order with Lacey at the drive thru and she was a SWEETHEART. Someone give this girl a raise because she deserves one! If I ever come back, it would be because of her. I usually don’t like coming to McDonald’s because I’ve experienced very rude workers, but she’s not one of them. Thanks Lacey for being such a delight!

Always greet you as you walk in the door if you stand long enough they always ask what you waiting on and very friendly and team membership rocks.

Next stop McDonald's customer care is outstanding. I will continue doing business with McDonald's.

Your average McDonald's drive thru experience. Food was average as well.

It blows my mind how this place can screw up a breakfast order every single time. A sausage cheese McMuffin is NOT a nasty McGriddle. A sausgae biscuit is NOT a ham egg & cheese McMuffin. A sweet tea is NOT an unsweetened tea. A regular ice coffee is NOT a watered down mocha ice coffee. And it shouldn't take me 16 minutes to get my order, wrong or not. It's rare that I do business with this place simply based on service & when I do it's shame on me. I'll drive the extra miles to the location on Entrance Road.

The worst service tonight. First off don't believe there lazy ass when the say frappe machine is broken. I asked the lady at the second window and was told That was a lie. Ordered a sausage cheese biscuit with hash brow. Have to go back in to return because it's burnt and hard as a rock. I informed them they were lying about the machine and was told I'd have to wait 15 min for a damn biscuit. And they didn't give me the hashbrown. All this time Im getting attitude from the same girl that lied to me. Wouldn't recommend going at night cuz there's nothing but ghetto little girls that are there just to play.

2 sauce packets for a 20 piece chicken nuggets is absurd! Driest chicken nuggets I've ever eaten, luckily I bought drink.

So i had to sit and wait for my food my fries were old and they forgot to put my bottom bun on my burger like really. You could see some the workers just playing around im just upset at least get my order right and fresh.

My wife and children went in here after my sons baseball game and, it wasn’t clean, trash cans were overflowing and the employees were in the establishment cursing and standing around talking instead of taking care of their customers! They had someone come in from the drive through yelling at them. I have pictures and attached them in the comments. This is ridiculous to have a business run like this.

I dont know whats going on at this particular location. Each morning i order a number 1 which is the Egg McMuffin Meal.. I wasnt really paying attention today but later on I noticed they charged me a Upcharge for coffee. Normally in the past the coffee comes with the meal. I called them today and a person that said he was a manager answered and told me that the number 1 meal includes a coffee. I asked him about the upcharge they said "Oh thats just the way they do it now". I called the other MCDonalds on Entrance Road and over there they include the coffee with the meal. Whatever the case is this needs to be fixed. Perhaps its a misunderstanding or perhaps the register computer is not programmed correctly. Perhaps its a way to increase profits I dont know.. but whatever I would hope they fix it. I expect to pay whatever the price is on the sign plus the taxes of course. Thank Youl

I used to say they get it right 50% of the time....today hit an all time low...looking at about 25%...better to drive to DeRidder...they hit it right about 75% of the time.

Everything about this McDonald's .. gross! Workers standing around talking, not helping customers. Their uniforms looked sloppy, customers with kids running around with no shoes on. Never again!

I ordered a Bacon and Egg Biscuit NO Cheese. And got a Bacon and Egg Biscuit with Cheese.

How is it possible that somewhere like mcdonalds is not making sure that employees are getting paid properly. How hard is it to register someone's pay card??? Seriously this is some crazy mess. People expect to get paid on pay day not have to wait until management does a job that should have been done on orientation!!! I have been a manager for a few years now and i always made sure my employee would be getting paid!! This is despicable.

the McRIB is great. i had the combo. the price wasn't bad. i sure wish they had them all year round.

They never get the order right service really sucks there go through the drive-thru 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong decided to go in today to order lunch for carryout had 6 people ahead of me with their order and receipt from the drive-through because it was wrong I -10 Stars because that's what it would be I'm glad to say I'm going with my business to Burger King at least their employees can get it right

Waited in drive through after paying for my food, and pulling up and to the side, for over 25 minutes. Finally, I went in to check on my order. No customers inside. Just a bunch of workers standing around talking. I handed them my receipt and said I wanted to check on my food. The lady said, oh its been ready. Just sitting here. Handed me my food and said sorry. Burger and fries were cold and ice in drinks already melted. The date on my salad to be sold by was at a time, earlier today. Was not fresh at all. This was very bad service.

Good wi-fi and the kiddos seemed to be on some in full and willing to waste ha money tip.
