Had not been here in a very long time. We gave them another chance, but it was our last time. Out of coleslaw. My husband is diabetic, so he ordered 2 sides of green beans. They only had one order. He wanted the dinner with a drumstick and 2 thighs. They didn't have any drumsticks. Only wings and thighs. I ordered the 4 piece supreme meal and they obviously had been under the heat lamp way too long. There was no tea, only soft drinks.

Everytime I come to this particular Bojangles in Batesburg there is always a wait on the chicken. Last time I was told there would be a 20 minute wait so I said that was fine. 45 minutes later they finally brought my order out. This time I decided to order online so there shouldn't be any reason they didn't have the chicken ready. Get here 10 minutes after order was quoted to be ready by, nobody was in the drive threw, nobody inside, I'm literally the only customer and low and behold there is a 10 minute wait on the chicken. Not to mention they are very rude. So done with this place. Guess I will go to Popeyes next time...

Everytime I go here even though they say all day breakfast they are conveniently out of whatever item I try to order . Always usually have a long wait in drive through and last night May 7th 2022 wasn't very many people in drive thru got told we are out of bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Would not recommend going to this location seems they are there just there for social life more than work.

Bojangles in Leesville SC is off my list of go to places. This was the third time in a month i have experienced rudeness, slow, and no communication. One time they were out of chicken, one time they got order wrong and did not correct it, and last time did not communicate that the grill chicken sandwich would take 30 minutes to provide. After 15 i went to check and they said they still had 10 minutes before it would be ready. No refund, rude, keep asking if i wanted it raw. I said no but want to know i had to wait for them to catch the chicken, kill it, clean it, cook it, then tell me it would be 10 minutes before it would be ready. DONE WITH LEESVILLE BOJANGLES.

2 of the 5 people on staff were exchanging laughs, jokes, playing on phones, etc... 1 guy was super stressed about being short-staffed and letting it be seen and heard by anyone.
To me - seemed like more than enough people there to serve efficiently the single, eat in meal and the family pack to go ahead of me. Oh, and the 2 cars in line.
I get we all stressed - but for some - it's of your own doing.
make those two people work and things be rolling!!

Most pleasant restaurant visit I've had in a while. The staff was very friendly. Was very nice to see someone at work that didn't seem to be so mad because they was there. Thank you and continue to awesome job your doing!!

Sometimes good sometimes not so good but they are normally kind of quick and are nice but you will get mixed experiences depending on who is working that day but I have had no trouble other wise from the establishment
