Opened the door and it smelt so good any was very welcoming! Went up ordered our food, and the employees were very nice. We sat down and our food came in under 5 minutes so it was super fast. I got the poke bowl wich was so good, everything fresh and nicely arranged it was great. Definitely coming here again 10/10 recommend!
The lobster sandwich was alright, not much meat mostly cheese. The poke bowl was amazing and fresh. Had a quick stop for dinner here.

I often forget how much I enjoy fish tacos and Slapfish is an excellent reminder. They have a simple menu that always you to pick the meat of your choice, the way you want to enjoy your food (taco/bowl/etc), and the sauce, and I don't think you can go wrong. I went with classic grilled shrimp tacos with their Slap sauce and was blown away by how fresh and tasty it was. I can't wait to go back and try the other sauces to match and mix a little more, especially since the location is a quick drive to and from the freeway and they have a good amount of parking. Though I would be wary of peak hours as I imagine this is a pretty tight parking lot during the lunch rush.
The staff here was friendly and helpful giving suggestions and favorites, plus it's a bonus that they got our food out super quick. I noticed that they were especially polite and quick to clean up tables as other guests left.

This place is AMAZING! The food is fresh and delicious. Incredible flavors, awesome staff, clean and pleasant environment, it’s a 10/10. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend the mahi mahi salad or the salmon bowl. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I have a gluten allergy and they were extra careful and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The manager Vedran is such a cool guy and really makes you feel at home. I can’t wait to come back and try more menu items!

Others have said it, but I’ll say it again: the new menu set up is really terrible. They make yummy fish tacos, but I can’t buy as many fish tacos as I’d like without getting terrible chips and salsa. Also, getting rid of the sauce bottles was a big mistake. Anyway, it used to be good.
This place has really good sea food. The fish, shrimp, and lobster has always been great in all of the dishes I've tried. The lobster "surf n turf" burger has SO MUCH lobster on it. The shrimp burrito is packed and will be messy when you eat it, so don't forget the napkins!
The drink selection is a standard fountain machine. I enjoy my fish with tea, but it is not available.
The fries are crisp and I love them.
The tables are sticky and feel dirty. They look clean, but if you catch a glare they look dirty. We didn't go when it was busy so they're either not washing them well enough or that's just how they are.
You cannot go wrong with Slapfish. Genuine crab, lobster, fish, and shrimp. They have quite a selection of choices to get food. I typically get the clam chowder fries (with cheese and bacon) and the surf ‘n turf burger. Make sure you do it right by sprinkling a bit of Old Bay on it all. Trust me, you’ll walk away full and very satisfied. It’s great. I will absolutely eat here again.

Clean restaurant, food was made fresh and the wait was not bad at all. We ordered a lot to try since it was our first time. Pricey but expected because its seafood.
Such an amazing experience today! The man at the cash register went above and beyond in every single way. I got a bowl with the Tuna, and my wife got Cod tacos. We switched out the chips and salsa with fry’s. Every single item was delicious. We have officially found a new date spot!
Love the vibe and look of this place. Clean lines, modern set up, not overly decorated. Employees were nice but lacked any enthusiasm. Food took a little time to come out, but was within reason.
We were a little surprised that everything came out in to-go containers and bags. When we mentioned that we would be dining in the employee said, “Well we close in 30 minutes and we don’t want to do any more dishes.”
I can’t decide if that’s just lazy or genius. As an employee it sounds genius. From the employer standpoint I’d be embarrassed that we didn’t provide a consistent dining experience. 🤷🏼♂️
The food was good. Fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The lobster mac n’ cheese was awesome and so was the surf n’ turf.
This place is well worth the hype! The fish was delicious. I highly recommend the fish and chips and the fish tacos. They also have tons of sauces to choose from.

It's been a few years since we've eaten at Slap Fish after having a bad experience. We decided to give it another try today. We are happy we did.
The crab and lobster melt was delicious! My husband got the fish and chips and he says "There fish and chips make Gordon Ramsay look like an amateur" They also give an appropriate amount of fries with each plate. We will definitely be back again!
