Two words: CHEESE DOODLES! Wow, they are so yummy!
This was my first time trying Summit Pizza Co. And I really enjoyed my selections.
We opted for the Margherita pizza and pepperoni pizza. We both chose the personal size, which was plenty, and there were still leftovers. The dough is very light for the pizzas, and the ingredients tasted fresh.
The cheese DOODLES were the star of the show! What a fun concept for cheese breads. I could have eaten all of them by myself.
The staff was friendly and the place wasn't too busy.
Super great pizza! The crust is so good and I have yet to try a pizza I didn’t like. Also, the cookie dessert is AMAZING. I didn’t get any photos of the pizza but I did get a photo of the cookie dessert
Tried both the thin crust and the original crust. Thought I was going to like the thin crust more but ended up really enjoying the thicker original crust. I also got both the cheese doodles and cinnamon doodles which were both delicious. I especially enjoyed the marinara sauce with the cheese doodles! I also liked that they had crayons and paper to keep my kid entertained.
Great place for some slices after a day of shopping! Came to Summit Pizza on Friday and was not disappointed! The cheese doodles are awesome with the homemade ranch. I’m not much of a thick crust person but I enjoyed this pizza! I also love how you can get a personal pan (8”) pizza of your choice! Will definitely come again.
We had an A+++ experience. Friendly, helpful staff & comfortable, clean dining room. Plenty of fantastic food. Enjoyed the Pesto specialty pizza; we really liked the sweetness from the balsamic glaze. The Hawaiian was extra cheesy and had diced ham instead of a few big pieces here and there. The Big Protein Pizza Bowl had squash, zucchini, chicken, sausage, ham, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and pepperoni on top; It was refreshing to have those yummy veggies along with classic pizza toppings. Appreciated the sauce on the side so it didn't get soggy. The Cheese Doodles and Raspberry Doodles are amazing and some of our favorite menu items. The cheese doodles in their ranch dressing is super tasty. The kids meal pizza was a nice little size; perfect for the kids. We will definitely be back!
My family eats pizza a ton, so we have our favorites, but this place became an instant favorite for my husband and me. He enjoyed the pizza, we enjoyed the crisp but soft cheesy doodles, and I enjoyed the super cheesy and yummy crust-less guiltless chicken bowl. (I'm totally going to recommend it to my friends and family who are diabetic or can't have gluten!)
We had the Ranch pizza and the calzones were scrumptiously delicious! They both were full of meat and veggies. The crust is done so well. It is soft you will eat every bite. I highly recommend it and will be coming back for sure!👌💯
Our family loves coming to the best pizza place in Utah Co. @summitpizzaco. The Dan’s Request is our favorite pizza. Also, have you tried their cheese doodles, cinnamon doodles or raspberry doodles? They are sooo good! 🍕 The people there are also amazing. We have been so many times and will be back for more!
Awesome pizza! The crust is so nice and soft, the sauce and meat were all so delicious they just do the old fashioned pizza right! The environment feels very hip like most thin crust pizza places, but it’s just some good old fashioned style. It was great, my only warning is to wait a bit before diving into this deliciousness. It’s fresh out of the oven, so freshly made, but hot! Just take my word wait a minute or two longer to avoid burning your tongue.
Super great pizza & the cheese doodles are SOOO delicious! I’ve literally stopped in multiple times just to order those alone!! They even have dessert ones too! Love this place!

Visit here for mid-week midday meal in between Traverse shopping. No line backed up thankfully this time, as have left before during busy times. Online menu and simple ordering process great for uber'door''mates and takeout. Dining area well decorated with "new" look and feel which felt clean. Pleasant atmosphere for the long lunch meetings or group gather. Staff super nice and kind with helping. Coke brand fountain drinks. Plenty of seating, was too windy to sit outside on north side by the takeout door, and inside was cozy other than the constant ABBA music. Meal was brought out as prepared so was fresh and too hot to dive right in. There are several options for pizza toppings and doodle flavors. Pizza size options from small mouths to big bellies. Ate the whole medium Vegetarian Pizza, though the cauliflower crust had texture of cardboard and the peppers tasted like frozen pizza bell peppers, would rate overall a 5/5 due to hot, veggie laden, cheesy flavor of the pizza. Ceasar salad was a healthy paper plate size portion with romaine crisp and chicken cooked fully. Due to gluten avoidance, their cheese, jalapeños, raspberry, and cinnamon signature doodles were not sampled, but the pizza and salad were yummy enough to satisfy vegetarian and gluten free folks, with a sign saying they take extra precautions when requested. They have Dole Whip too. Recommend gluten free doodles for those sensitive types wanting to try. Thanks!
If you go here you need to try the cheese doodles. Best way to eat cheesy bread. The pizza was hot and came straight from the oven to our table. They were great at bringing things out in stages and right when we were ready. We also tried the raspberry cream cheese doodles and those were delicious as well but I think I'm a fan of the cheesy garlic ones for sure. My boy happily ate half his pizza without complaint. I love that they have a small personal pizza/kids meal because he never likes the flavors we want.
We stopped by after shopping at Traverse Mountain to get some dessert. We loved the Raspberry Doodles and wish we ordered more than 6! The Cinna Doodles on the other hand weren’t our favorite. They had the potential to be just as good, but the nutmeg or whatever spice they put in was pretty strong. I definitely recommend the Raspberry Doodles and we wish we would have tried the Cheese Doodles while we were there. We haven’t tried the pizza, but it looked and smelled good too.
I can see why this place has so many positive reviews. From first stepping up to the counter to getting my food for take-out the service was great! I got one of the salads, and it was really good! I think pairing a salad with some yummy breadsticks is delicious, and they’re toppings are very fresh. I will definitely be eating here again.
Came back again to try one of their personal size pizzas and one of the Dole Whip desserts. The pepperoni on the pizza was perfect and the whip with the vanilla soft serve swirled in was tasty.
This is by far the best calzone you can find in Utah! I have been trying to get my hands on a good calzone for many years and just have not found one that hit the spot... until today. Summit inn pizza is totally worth a try. Glad I work close by, it will become a lunch favorite!
First time venturing to this place, specifically for mini cinnamon rolls and cheese rolls only. Of course we did take out at this time, as it’s still the COVID quarantine life right now. Our order came with 1 dozen cheese rolls (they included one sauce container of marinara, and one sauce of ranch), and 1/2 a dozen of the mini cinnamon rolls (which came with one small frosting container). The mini cinnamon rolls were just ok - maybe because it was too small to enjoy per serving, and the dough wasn’t “melt in your mouth” as a cinnamon roll dough should be (if they were freshly made). It seems like maybe they were made during the morning, as we placed our order during dinner time. However, from my family’s feedback, they really enjoyed their full size cheese rolls! Enough to the point that I didn’t get a taste. But they did comment on how they would def come back to this place just to get their cheese rolls again!
After two days of traveling to help relocate my son and daughter-in-law to Lehi,UT for a new job, our first restaurant experience was at Summit Pizza Co @ Traverse. Bustling with families and workers on their lunch break, I thought we would have a long wait and not be able to find a seat. However, from the friendly greeting from the young lady taking our order to the ample seating, we were pleasantly surprised when our pizza was delivered piping hot to our table in under 10 minutes.
When we saw the pizza, with ginormous slices of pepperoni, we knew that we had chosen wisely. The pizza was a little on the thicker side, closer to a pan pizza than a traditional crust. From the cheese to the sauce to the toppings (my son commented that this was the best pepperoni he had ever tasted on a pizza), everything about this pizza was delicious.
