Chuck-A-Rama was just what we needed tonight. I like being able to build my own salad (lots of choices of ingredients) and go back for an entirely different plate full of other stuff too! I like to see all of the food out in front of me in buffet style. The workers were having a hard time keeping up with the dishes on the tables so at first it was hard to find a clean place to sit at. I wish I had left overs to take home like I do when I go someplace else (you're not allowed to take any food home), but it is still worth going to experience the buffet.

We love Chuck-A-Rama anytime we visit one. Always a great variety of food options. When you don't have to pay extra for a beverage, it becomes a reasonable meal. I recommend it for everyone.

We decided to try their new online ordering option and we're very happy with our choice. Food: Sconces, roles, honey butter were perfect. So was the salad. The baked chicken was good, but I think I like the fried option better. Presentation: The food was hot, organized and packaged neatly for us. Everything was in a paper or cardboard container, except the salad. So bonus points for minimal plastic waist. Our order was ready when we pulled up. We just called and they brought it out to our car. Price: The family meal options are a really good price. I took photos of the whole order just so anyone reading this can see what we got for under $60. Fed a family of 4 with leftovers.

Everything was freshly prepared, hot and ready. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Would definitely recommend, everybody gets what they want plus they have the best scones and rolls!

If you enjoy buffets, Chuck-A-Rama is the best buffet chain in Utah. This location is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is solid. In particular, our server (Hunter) was fast to clear our finished plates and get us refills. Pro tip: the menu changes daily, so check before you plan your visit to get the food you want. Don't forget to grab a scone with honey butter - it's life-changing. The parking lot gets tight during peak hours, so be aware. As a final note, if you leave hungry from Chuck-A-Rama, you've done something wrong, and need to rethink your life.

My kids love chuck-a-rama. I'm less enthusiastic about it, as buffets generally encourage over eating. This last time when we went they had peppermint frozen yogurt which was different from the usual. For our family of four it ends up being about $70 before tip which is kind of on the pricey side but nobody ever leaves Chuck-A-Rama hungry

I've always liked Chuck-A-Rama and today was no exception. They're usually not so busy at the time I go, so the food is nice and fresh and the service is excellent. My favorite are the scones and today they had pecan pie. So delicious. I just found out that they have Chuck a Rama to go. I'm going to have to give it a try.

My kid loves the mac n cheese. Overall, food is good, but the rolls were a bit doughy. Wide range of drinks. The scones with honey butter are a must-have. By the way, they do offer take out, via weigh and pay.

Much better than I expected. The place was clean, and the atmosphere wasn’t overly noisy. The service was great, and our waitress made sure that we were well taken care of the whole time. All in all, I’d say it was well worth it.

The food is good, but it also depends on the night. Last month I went as well and it was a bit iffy with the taste. I haven't gone other than the evening and these last two times it's been mainly the same food. The service seems better than the food. Very kind and courteous.

Nostalgia proves true. We hadn't been to Chuck-a-Rama in decades. Glad we decided to go back. The staff was friendly and helpful. We all hear the jokes about bad buffet food, but everything was good. Very tasty. The scones would make anyone stop following the Keto duet and dig in. I remember really liking them as a kid. I still do as an old man.

Coming here brought so many memories back from my childhood. I was born and raised in Utah county and I've been away now since 2009, the food here was amazing. My mom used to make the funeral potatoes and the "frog egg salad" 😊 I think the only thing I could "complain" about would be the prices. 2 small kids and 2 adults was 56$ 😳 my kids really could only eat one plate and some ice cream. Felt it was a little steep but the food was good and the customer service was great.

Great service and very clean. But, the quality of much of the food has definitely gone down. It's kind of a pricey restaurant since it is All You Can Eat. But, it was difficult to get full value when so much of the main food selections were not good. I came close to giving an overall 3 Star rating.

Very clean and friendly staff. Broccoli soup was homemade, scones and rolls were always hot and fresh, and the fried chicken is always a winner!

Haven't been to a Chuck A Rama in 20 years. I must say for an all you can eat buffet, I was pleasantly surprised. The food and icecream overall is much better than Golden Corral. The cakes were slightly dry but the frozen yogurt and brownie sundaes were great. Normally, I focus on a salad, some protein, then desserts. However, I only ate one plate of dessert. Why? The food was really good so much so that I didn't get to try everything I wanted. Not cafeteria grade at all. The lasagna was amazingly good and I am not a fan of ricotta cheese. I didn't even think I would have enjoyed Italian night but I will return. Great salad bar with lots of options. Would have like to have seen a fat free dressing option. Rolls are great. Bbq beef was gluten free. For dinner, they offer ham, turkey, and beef. The theme for the day appears to be offered all day. The baked chicken was moist and very hot. Lots of drink options including a banana slurpee. Drinks are included in the price. They also had birch beer! Great location. Staff was very nice and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. Buffet area was clean. Price was very fair, would have spent the same at an Italian restaurant. The lasagna was well worth the price. Will return. COVID 19 Update... Recently returned under the new normal. I can say that everything you liked before is still there and tastes just as good. Here are some changes you can look forward to... 1) Masks are required. You need to wear a mask while you are away from your table. No biggie because when you sit down you can remove it. 2) You need to sanitize your hands each trip to get food. They also have plastic gloves to wear. We choose to both sanitize and wash afterwards. 3) Your server will get you your drinks. They are pretty good at keeping the drinks filled and if you need anything just reach out. 4) If you have kids under 12, you will be required to supervise them when they are away from the table. The staff is really good at keeping a watchful eye. This is for everyone's safety and even though I have kids in this category, I think is great because it gives you better assurance that your food is safe and uncontaminated. That's it, the rest is the same. The food is still high quality. Everything tastes great. We are so happy Chuck is back open! Thanks for a wonderful experience.
