First time at this brand (ever). EXTREMELY happy with the selection, portion sizes, speed of service, accuracy of the order, price paid, cleanliness of the store(inside and outside), and ease of using the app on my phone to earn reward points. We also got a brownie to share.
Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sandwich shop! This location in Lehi has outstanding customer service! Their system was down, so they gave me and my husbands meal, free! They are always friendly and their food is super yummy!
I've been a Jersey Mike's fan for years. Sometimes everything is top notch and sometimes there are minor hiccups, which is normal. The Lehi crew tonight was great. Subs were all on point and exactly as expected. Quick friendly service, clean store, and well-crafted subs. Well done guys, keep it up!
Its a cute little store, I've never actually ordered to stay so I didnt rate the atmosphere. The people are nice and fast, and the food is aaaaaaammmmaaaazzzing. I go for the BLT Mike's way. They are a bit more expensive because of the bacon. But they do not skimp they were putting handfuls of bacon
Braxton and Chris were amazing and helped us with amazing service. They gave us the attention and time we needed when ordering even though we came in close to closing. Really recommend.
The lady that works here made my sandwich excellently……. The teenage boys you hire at this restaurant don’t want to work an I had sat there an ate my food an watched these boys do nothing while the girl did everything poor team players she ask’s for help every-time there is a line an the only thing
Best sub a bit pricey but worth it.

By far my favorite place to eat at when I’m in the area. Eric and the gang are the best they make something simple like getting lunch an enjoyable experience keep it up guys!!!
Ordered Chipotle chicken sub but tasted nothing like Chipotle and could hardly see the sauce, so I had to ask for a big side container to add to it, which thankfully they agreed to do.
Amazing customer service! They go above & beyond, plus tried the new spicy pickle chips & I loved it!
Jersey Mike’s is underrated! The sandwiches are so good and always super fresh. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this location.
