Delicious as always! Love the salads. Such a great mix of flavors and it's loaded with tons of good stuff. Love the spicy sauce as well. Hot is just right the African Hot is definitely spicy. Get extra napkins for the runny nose. Delicious flavor though. The sweet potato fries are soooo good. I really appreciate how they're a company with a mission and try to do things sustainably. I wish more restaurants used fresh ingredients and real food. We try to stop by every time we're in the area. If there is one complaint is that my wife is always freezing in there. They keep it pretty chilly.
I was craving chicken and this was nearby. We got the half chicken with mild sauce, salad, rice, and a bowl of broccoli cheese soup. The chicken was moist, but even for someone who likes spicy, it was almost on the edge of being too spicy. The rice however was the perfect mix of sweet and salty. The salad had a lovely dressing on it too. The soup was good, but not great. It was on the thinner side and could use more cream. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing. It is a little on the pricey side for one meal and soup, but the food was good! The staff were nice and brought the food out when ready. They did a good job keeping the booths cleaned too!

H.o.l.y. smokes!!! I've been here twice now. First time I went with a group of people. Luckily everyone was willing to share a bit of their food. In one visit I tried the crispy chicken wrap, half chicken, corn, sweet potatoe fries and a couple others I can't remember. Today I had the crispy chicken sandwich. All of it has been SO good. Hard to pick a favorite here, you honestly can't go wrong with anything.
Also today I noticed the sign on the wall. Good to know the profits are put to good use. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
All out of chicken on the bone so I tried the chicken bowl. It was very tasty! Didn't need any extra sauces on it. Very wholesome with chicken, rice, and greens. I think their prices went up since the last time I was there, not sure sides are worth $5 each! They are tasty though so you be the judge. 1/4 chicken and sweet potato fries are also pictured.
This place is sooo good! I had the crispy chicken wrap and the tricolored potatoes, and both were freakin fantastic! The restaurant was clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. I’ll be back for sure!
Absolutely fantastic South African cuisine. This place has portion sizes for a king, sit down menu prices in a business express style format. We tried the African street corn and wings for an appetizer, with the wild and African hot sauces. The sauces were so delicious and that African hot sauce is spicy in a good way. I did the chicken bowl and my date did the sweet salad. Both were phenomenal.
This place is awesome! Food is great! I accidentally asked for the wrong hot sauce so I burned my mouth off and will probably pay the price later for it, but it was delicious nonetheless! I recommend the half chicken. It’s big for lunch but a great value

We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was, the service was quick, and the people were nice. We will be back before we catch our flight back to Florida! 😀
Delicious, flavorful food served in generous portions. Good food, good cause, fair prices. I will definitely come back when I'm in this area. I loved the tangy and tasty aioli with both the chicken and the yummy potatoes. I suggest trying the gumbo. It's very filling and delicious.
Drove a round trip of 50 miles from our hotel to try Zulu food. It was totally worth it!!! Taste of food was unique and delicious. Looking forward to visit again for chicken on the bone meal.
Delicious food and a nice atmosphere. The chicken has a great flavor and the sauce is awesome. I loved the rice, really good overall. I will definitely be back.
Good chicken sandwich. However ask for the wing sauce and dip the sandwich. Gumbo is good. Sweet potato wedges are a must. Super crispy on outside, soft in the middle. If you're hungry get the 1/2 chicken. African Sweet corn is a super good side
Fast healthy delicious! Cosmic African food! Yum! My 10 y.o. liked it too chicken and yellow rice.. and the drinks. Only location but hear W. Jordan is going to be soon graced with a ZULU too. . Yum Yum Yum. Loved the curry yellow rice with raisins great dressing and unique and tasty chicken.... And chicken bowl was nothing short of divine. I'd drive this far from Holladay just to have it again..
Good food, good location, pretty good everything.
Came here for lunch and there was minimal wait, but there were other guests.
Seemed to be picking up a dedicated customer base.
People were laughing and having a good time, which usually means the food and service were a-ok.
Our food was very flavorful and the portions were pretty good.
The wifey and I didn’t dig the little side salad that came with our meal, but the rest was really good.
All-in-all a nice little date spot.
And for what it’s worth, the soda water was ON POINT!
Really like the lemon garlic sauce on the side. Chicken was cooked just right. Chicken salad with the goat cheese and bacon was really good, but if you don't like goat cheese then don't get it because there is a lot of cheese all over! Chicken bowl was really good too. Gumbo rice bowl was great as well! Kids loved the salad and gumbo soup
