I’m starving going through a really tough time fight some charges against people using my mental health and making up lies. I needed food because I’m malnourished and need some protein and energy to workout at the gym and compete in call of duty. The lady at the drive through spoke through the box on the menu very clear, politely and kindly. They got my order quick and I actually didn’t have enough money to pay for the 3rd item and Timothy and the manager Glenda fixed it so quick and communicated on how the process worked on how I was gonna get charged and refunded for accidentally spending to much. I’m a Scorpio, I know Nadeshot and faze swagg personally in your guys McDonald’s scream commercials and call of duty content. I’m professional call of duty player/ gamer named Kahrnij/kahrnijj/kahrnijj and I’m making content for bucked up and the Utah Jazz. I also have. Professional account named @theseventharchangel on instagram and you guys are doing such a great job! This photo was before I ate the delicious meal! Everyone I saw had clean sanitized hands making my food, I’m 6’4 and I’m tall in my car so I can see through the window to see how clean the kitchen and drive through is during the holidays and everything looked superb!! Your 2nd food window guy handed me my food so gentle and carefully! Everyone was using clean and professional language and the meal made me feel so happy and good for my workout at the gym. Thankyou Timothy kind sir for being such a leader and example. Totally great little maccas...service is polite and quick and I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner maccas! Plus they got my order right first time! Worth stopping at if you're passing and need a little something yummy 😋🤩
Why would I rate McDonald's a five? Because I know what it is and it hits the mark almost always. Best food ever? No. Best dining experience? No. Good fries? Yes. Good burger? It's okay. About the only place you can get food cheap anymore. And even McDonald's prices are going too high.
This is a very busy location. Close to the freeway. But usually fast service. The staff is friendly most of the time, unless you order your coffee wrong. They'll be sure to tell you that's not what it is called!
This McDonald’s has an interesting parking lot compare to other McDonald’s. Though the line may look long do the the lay out of the parking lot it most offers moves pretty quickly. The staff is very friends across the drive through. Really enjoy coming to this location in particular.
Inside the restaurant is still closed.
The parking lot and landscaping is clean and well maintained.
Seems like the buns weren't toasted enough. Not bad.
Drive up service is always quick. I ordered a plain patty for my granddog. She loved it.
5 stars last time, 5 stars this time. Looking at the track record I predict 5 stars next time, next next time and even the time after that. Every time I see a video on TikTok ® or any other social media site that shows all of the horrible insider details about McDonald's, It makes me hungry. I then go get in my car and drive to McDonald's. So I guess all those hater videos are great advertising in favor of McDonald's. As soon as I'm done writing this review you know where I'm headed.... Yep McDonald's. Good and good for you.
I wasn't very hungry so Alex the manager told me about the secret menu! It's for when you just can't eat a whole big Mac. Apparently it's called the mcmini mcmenu. Small fries and ice cream.

Yes, I'm leaving 5-stars for McDonalds. But only for THIS one. For some reason these guys have it dialed in, they hire 'better' personnel who seem to care, and despite the very high-profile location with lengthy lines, it goes FAST. And I'm about to jinx it, BUT... to date ... they have NEVER screwed up my drive-thru order, which regularly happens at other FF joints. Anyways, it's a guilty pleasure, but this McDs is the best I've ever been to.
They are very fast and food is good, they just put too much sauce for my liking in their burgers

The staff was friendly, helpful, and fast. They followed the procedure of pulling cars forward to wait to keep the line moving which was nice to see. We got just what we asked for which is becoming more and more rare these days.
I don't like that the McDonald's App keeps logging out, but I like being able to pay from within the App. I also got a free Cinnamon Roll for my birthday. Yey!

I am super impressed with the young staff that was on it tonight!!!!!... NOTE CONTEXT: I am a business owner partly in an office partly a digital nomad... I have recently moved up to the Silicon Slopes area south of Salt Lake, I have tested out 11 McDonalds to see what the feel, environment, staff, and food are like for me to return regularly to work on my laptop and enjoy some hot or cold comfort for a lower price in the crazy inflated economy we are in.. and my family of 7 ... I like this location the best, it is selfishly close to my house, the views are awesome, the surrounding businesses, shopping, food, trails, and parks are fantastic... The seating setting is super flexible, with plugs for laptops, and a great play place for kiddos or an open atmosphere while eating... SO ... HERE IS WHY I AM so impressed tonight... I have worked in many industries and the food services industry is tough! I myself want what is in a picture... I want fresh, I like hot when it's supposed to be hot... I came in to try this location out...I had an issue with the service and my order of fries... I won't go into details about what I felt was lacking or my complaint because the staff (a young male manager and a young female employee I am guessing) that helped me heard my criticism, complaints, and feedback and they took it awesomely, they smiled and made everything perfect... I know I can be abrasive in my tone and demeanor and they owned things, smiled, and were problem solvers... STAFF IS HALF THE BATTLE for winning and retaining loyal fans and customers... GREAT JOB TO THE MCDONALDS STAFF ON DIGITAL DRIVE AT TRAVERSE MOUNTAIN! Thank you for making a hard day for me so much better!
Really clean in here, the staff was amazing and made my experience to this McDonald’s awesome!! Fresh food also.
