Tonight I ordered food from inside to go. I usually always go thru the drive thru. My daughter and I went in and was instantly greeted by Gabriella. Her kindness and compassion for everyone coming in was wonderful. Great customer service. The food was also delicious. Been coming here for years and this has been just a joy to have an employee to show Care and kindness. Great job Gabriella.
Typically I would rate my experience here around 3.5 stars, but tonight was different. Even though the workers in the back weren't the fastest in the world, the black girl who took my order was extremely nice, polite, patient, smiling, and genuine. She got my order right the first time I told her and she even repeated it back to make sure I got what I wanted. Had to be the best encounter ordering fast food I've ever had.
The food here is always really good and delicious. They have the $5 boxes and that is really good to get, because you get a lot of tacos for a good price. They also have a chalupa in one of the boxes and that is one of my favorite things there, so I would recommend getting one of the $5 boxes. They also have a $1 menu and that is a great thing to get also, because the stuff is only $1. The only negative thing about this Taco Bell is the drive-thru, because it is sometimes really slow. There nachos are also really to salty sometimes. But besides that, this is a good place to go to.
The food has consistently been great, and the staff are fun and caring.
Kinda iffy going inside..sometimes. feel like some of them are fairly lazy while others feel overworked all for little pay. Of course it's air-conditioned and it beats waiting in the line outside for 30 minutes.

Out of all Taco Bell’s I’ve been to this one makes my go-to order right. I only get a black bean quesarito and they make that thing with love. I live in Boone and Boone’s Taco Bell just doesn’t do it like this one does. I’m definitely gonna stop there again sometime soon
