Food fixed fresh after you order it. Inside was very clean. One knock is that one of the entrance doors (handicapped entrance) was locked so people kept leaving and not coming in if they didn’t go to the other door. Nice selection of items such as burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches or nuggets.
I stop at this Burger King on the occasion when I am in Lenoir to at least get my dogs some chicken nuggets while we are out but was shocked at the price hike. As I was talking to all the guys working there, whom loved seeing my dogs greeting them at the window, I mentioned the nuggets are for them
No self-serve drink dispensing machines were in the lobby at this location today. The counter associate said the drink machines are being repaired. Other than that, customer service and food were good.
This is a new review 9/25/2023. Whopper did not have lettuce, there was a mayo over load, and for the 2nd time in two weeks I got fries instead of onion rings. Once from door dash and once from Uber Eats. This place is a a definite hit or miss.
My niece and I went through the drive-thru. The employee in charge of taking our order was polite, respectful, and answered all questions we asked. Our orders were ready when we arrived at the pickup window. The food was cooked well, but prices were exorbitant---almost $18 for 2 Whoppers and 2 Cokes
I've had some questionable experiences at this Burger King for a long time, but I've noticed this one manager for the last few months and every time he's there the food is phenomenal. Terry, you're doing a great job with this team, hoping to keep coming back with my family.
I love the night workers here. They are always friendly to me and my two fast food junkie pooches. They love the chicken nuggets and I enjoy the frozen cokes. I love, love, love their cheese tots when available. Thank you all for making our food as we order it and for being kind.
I did have an issue with getting my correct sandwich, twice... But they were very kind, and did apologize to me.
Love eating there when I got extra cash.

Love it when you have good deal on Whopper, foods is hot and fresh. The manager would ask if our food was good.
Drive-thru pretty fast, always in and out. I usually eat here when all of the other restaurants are too busy. They have quality food, ok menu selection prices and friendly customer service! I would recommend this place, take advantage of mail-in coupons. Must try their excellent, delicious, Whopper
