We waited almost 30 mins for food but that's because after we ordered the system went down. So after asking about our order, they looked into it apologized for it. And the General manager herself made our food. The assistant Manager gave my sister in law and myself a $10 gift certificate and also cleared our plates after we were done. They didn't have to do what they did buy they did and we didn't even ask for anything either. I will defiantly come back.
Foods great and fast! Bakery is good!! Half and half Sierra Turkey with tomatoe basil soup. For the first time i tried the orange blood lemonade with ginger and Tumeric and it was refreshing! I ordered fresh bagels and a sourdough loaf to take for our travels this weekend! Workers were great

Everything they sell is portioned and employees have alot going on they also get timed for fast service so if your looking for a waitress go to a restaurant instead of cafe. People will judge but not take time to understand. Panera is great but most of the time lines out the door. There are no artificial colors or flavors or preservatives which is the response to the cost and they continue to make changes for the better.
I love paneras food. For a person like me who lactose intolerant and has a boyfriend who is diabetic we both are trying to eat healthy and this place fits and feeds to both of us. The paneras here in Leominster, mA has a very calming atmosphere. And the food here is fresh never fried.
I always order da same food and I never disappointed,associates are very patient and friendly.

It was great. Salads are exceptional. And service is quick. Went to one in washington d.c. last week and they served you at your table. Food was great there too. Love to go there.
Perfect meeting place with friends to have coffee and something delicious to eat. Never rushed and always clean with an enjoyable atmosphere.
