OMG Terrible service. Especially the manager, she is so rude. They did not give me time to finish order. She gave me food while I was still ordering. She is getting mad and yelling at me since my order was not matching with what she gave me. Why they are not even listen to their customers … The chic

After three visits in three weeks time I give up. Either no chicken, only dark meat, never have extra crispy, no cole slaw, extremely complacent staff. I have used KFC all over the world during the last 56 years. This is by far the worse one. The next closest KFC is about 31 miles from me.

They didn't have anything except chicken wings recently. We have been 3 times in the last 4 years and they always have to cook whatever you order as nothing seems to be ready to go at the leonardtown md location. Chicken sandwich was awful. Cant compete w popeyes.

Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had! Asked for no mayo and there was none on the sandwich but how did it get inside the bag? Plus the pickles stunk up the bag!! Never again KFC.

Dining room / insidevshut to customers due to lack of staff. Drive thru service was polite and speedy, altho we did need to ask for our drinks. Despite be extreemly short staffed, overall visit was good!

I have ordered the 20 dollar fill up twice and they told me we don't have chicken and 5 times no Cole slaw there's a big problem at the KFC in Leonardtown Maryland

Rudest people with no customer service skills. I waited 10 mins in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me only to have the girl say" but um we all out of white meat". Also made no attempt to cook anymore and it was only 7 pm.

Consistently incapable. I go here about every six months and am invariably disappointed. Against my better judgement I stopped in this evening at around 830pm hoping for a simple bucket o' chicken. After waiting at the drive-in sign for about 5 minutes with no service I pulled up to the window. Ano
