We actually were there on Christmas Eve-we were traveling from Mississippi to spend the holiday with our family in Crowell, TX....As we got to the hotel, we saw a Saltgrass and wondered if it was open....to our delight-it was! We had a great meal and a great server!

First experience at this location. Early lunch with friends. We had excellent service and our food was awesome especially the baked potato cheddar soup. A bit pricey for lunch but we will definitely go back.

The waiting time was not very long. The hostess was polite and professional. My daughters pork chop and macoroni and cheese were delicious. But my niece and mine steak was outstanding. Just great service all around

In town from FL for grandsons H.S. graduation. First time there. Had reservations and were seated as soon as we arrived. Daughter brought cake and they put up until we asked for it. Food and service were great. It was a busy Saturday night and waiter was attentive throughout. Will surely come back on next visit.

This was an excellent dining experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got the 9oz fillet with add on grilled shrimp, and green beans. Everything was cooked to perfection. The restaurant was clean and inviting. It is a bit on the pricey side so be prepared. However it is worth what you pay. I recommend putting Saltgrass on your list of places to dine.

All I can say is….. Um…… Holy super size Batman! I have never been this stuffed after a meal and I didn’t even finish the main course!!!!! Drinks, appetizers, meal and dessert of course 😁. The size of the main course was enough for 2 I would say. It was very tasty and if the only bad thing I can mention is I got way too much food that’s a GOOD THING. The soup was really good, a salad is a salad 😂, and the brisket queso had a great taste. Main meal was country fried steak and it was huge! Everything is bigger in Texas they say! Including my belly after this meal 🤣. The cheesecake was so delicious and well someone will be hitting the gym bright and early to work off all of this stuff. This place surprised me. The pictures I saw left me going….. this may not be a good idea, but the place was packed and the food was really good. I would go back in a heartbeat! Great service and tasty food! Give it a try!

One of the well managed SaltGrass steakhouse in the DFW area❤️❤️👏🏽👏🏽 This is our family’s to go place when we crave a juicy steak. Consistency of their service and the food is remarkable. After covid mess, this location bouncing back nicely and it is so good to see this place becoming live again. Today, Travis was our server. He was very attentive, polite and did an excellent job taking care of us. We ordered Pat’s Ribeye and blackened Red fish. Steak was amazing. Tender, juicy and flavorful. One of the customer favorites “ Brussels sprouts with honey siracha sauce” is now back on the menu. It is really delicious. One small complaint… they used to add a pat of butter on the grilled steak. It was really good. It really enhanced the flavor. But with updated menu they made a change to baste the butter as they cook. It make the steak too rich and heavy to eat. A good steak only need salt and pepper and a pat of butter on top at the end of the grilling. Travis told us that we can request not to baste the butter at the time of order. Tip: if you are not a Landry select Member, please join. It is worth it. You accumulate points as you dine.

Reliable chain steakhouse with a vibrant Texas aesthetic. I reccomend any of their steaks for their combination of seasoning and searing that really makes a saltgrass steak. Pictured is a cut ordered medium rare, and as you can see in the cut-open pic, the temperature was perfect. Can tell they have a super hot grill, but well-insulated so that the interior cooks nicely while the outside gets seared.

Love this place!!! I especially like their "rattlesnake bites" which are shrimp and cheese filled jalapeños deep fried in a crispy batter. They are my favorite appetizers!! They also come with a huge plate of their thinly sliced version of onion rings. They are very filling and so good!!!

We have eaten here many times and it has always been 5 star, but not tonight. Let me explain: what comes out of the kitchen is priority 1 and tonight it was 5 star. My wife order a Mojito and it was not a Mojito, she reordered a gin and tonic. The drink issue may have been the waiters mistake. That brings us to the next challenge as this was his first night on the job. He struggled through the whole process. But we all have our first day on the job and he was really trying. Next issue was our mistake. The menu showed a discounted price on our entrees order before 6:00. When the bill came it was full price. The manager came by to show us on the menu that this was for Monday through Friday not Sunday night…he was right, our mistake. He adjusted the charge to reflect the mid-week price. That is a classy move. We left a 30+% tip for the waiter and told him to hang in there. He was all smiles. On the way out I thanked the manager and told him my first job was working at a restaurant and appreciated everyone’s efforts.

Salt Grass Steak House in Lewisville is the best place to get a steak. The sides menu is excellent. Brussel Sprouts, potato, veggies, Mac & Cheese. Desserts. Drinks. Probably the most important thing Salt Grass consistently does is have great friendly service. Cannot go wrong.

Decent steaks and great customer service. I came in for the early lunch and dinner special and it was affordable. The steaks were seasoned and cooked well.
