I have always enjoyed my experiences with Firehouse Subs. Their variety specialty sandwiches are less than other chains, but I feel the choices are better. Their specialty subs are just that, special. They feel more like artisan subs, and all are delicious.

Hot fast food and friendly service. Steak and cheese was tender juicy and tasty. Added a little Texas Pete to give the savory sub a little zing. Fresh brewed iced tea is always good here as well. Grabbed a delicious cookie to go - didn’t survive the trip to the car.
The staff was nice, my sandwich was good however, the men's restroom is in a horrible state. There's a strong smell of urine and you can visibly see it on the floor around the toilet. I really feel that this is something that was ignored and not something that it just happened earlier in the morning
Today was the first time being disappointed with service.. Ordered online for curbside, arrived 25 mins later.Waited 25 mins & then had to walk in to get order. 2 "warm" subs that were cold. one had meat was that was balled up in center, poorly made. very surprised by this
Salad was ok. It diffently works in a pinch.
Food was horrible. My bread was so drenched with grease it was like soup. Not a single instructions was followed. $50 right down the drained.
I was in around 2:15 today, November 5, I asked if an online order I placed was being prepared and my question was responded to very rudely. Body language as well as tone in voice was not exceptional service at all. Carry out orders, that are prepaid, aren’t prioritized at this store and it is obvio
