I have a pretty obscure allergy that is usually very difficult to accommodate. Burger Fi's Spencer went out of his way to contact me in order to make sure that the grill spice, the fry seasoning, the breading, everything was safe for me to have. Even going so far as to replace an item I had ordered without realizing it would have been very bad for me.
I've never had a burger place (or anywhere else in Kentucky) go so above and beyond the usual ignore-make-as-normal changes to make such a "Picky" person feel welcome and cared about.
I'll never get a burger anywhere else. Ten out of ten, would recommend every time!!!!!

AWESOME SERVICE! Had poor service at another location, but this burger Fi is always right on the money! Due to food allergies I have to give special instructions. The other store didn't care. This one is perfect every time.
UPDATE: My last few visits have been terrible! My first visits were excellent and attentive. Now I feel like Burger Fi just doesn't care as long as they get my money. Come on people! Your service should be as good as your food! Customers will take their money elsewhere if you don't take care of them!
UPDATE: Gave the place another chance. I feel appreciated as a customer again! Good job improving the service and winning back my business! Heartily recommended!

The bun was nicely toasted while the burger was perfectly cooked- just enough juice. I loved how I could choose how my burger was cooked adding a personal touch. Outside seating is available and would be wondering in the spring and summer seasons!

Ok, one of my favorite things about this place is how they stamp their burgers. It is why I actually took a picture. The burger was delicious, and I got the game day deal which made it incredibly affordable and included fries and a drink!
The interior of the store is nice, and we actually stayed there for a while since we were waiting for a concert to start. Great place to have a good burger!
The dining area and bathrooms were clean. The music is an appropriate volume. The food was satisfying and the choices offered were suffecient. They have freestyle coke machines. This location is close to my house. I dine here regularily. I am reviewing for the free small custard.
