Awkward how there's a person standing in the drive thru that you order and pay with. I actually liked that but was forsure a first for me. Super fast. Only complaint was how the menus were turned, kinda hard to see.

Although I’ve had many pleasant experiences with this location, I was very disappointed with my visit today. My mobile order had multiple missing/incorrect items. Update: Lowering this to two stars after another poor experience involving missing items.

Picked up dinner through the drive through tonight. My wife ordered the soup. When she opened it, to her surprise it had a rather large bug floating in it. Ordered a grilled club meal. Just got a chicken sandwich with nothing that was supposed to come on it. Sandwich was cold and fries were old. Not up to standard with the usual 'Chick-fil-A ' reputation.

I found 2, what looked like eyelashes (was some form of hair), in my mac n cheese last night. Pretty sickening. Makes you think of how much they're touching their faces and eyes when making the food. May want to look over things a little better before serving them.
