Having a family of 6 it's hard pleasing them, but tonight EVERYONE was satisfied! Customer service was kind, welcoming and fast. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!!

This is the ONLY Waffle House in Lexington I will eat at. The manager, Diane, and all her staff are always keeping that place clean and we'll run. They are the only place I trust to cook my food. Great staff, great work ethics, great environment.

The waitress we had was very polite but, the main cook got an attitude with the order because she couldn't hear the waitress. Everyone heard the Cook yelling at her for no good reason. Its things like that, that make me not want to come back. However, the food was great
