This is, by far, one of the friendliest staff out of all restaurants in Lexington. The food is always delicious, staff is always upbeat and friendly, and they are always on top of orders! I greatly appreciate their dedication to service and keeping everything top notch!

Good food, management immediately serviced me and was so generous when I was ordering. I never felt like I was a bother to them. Food came out hot and fresh and was super yummy. I came to mainly sit and do schoolwork but it was a really pleasant experience all around. I will gladly come back. Dining
So disappointed. Never got my iced chai latte after asking numerous times. The foos we originally ordered we found out they were out of after the e had been sitting for 5 minutes. And the food I got to replace that tasted awful. Store was clean and not overly crowded which was nice.

I never go to Panera by myself, but my wife likes it. Every time I go there is an issue. Well, tonight was no exception. We ordered online and did curbside pick up. Curbside pick up was a little slow. We confirmed our arrival time online. Then waited another 10 minutes. We decided to call to check
