The only reason for a 1 star , no option for a zero. When I ordered never confirmed order, no price, no thank you, worst of all the whopper was COLD , not even the slightest bit warm. I informed the manager but to be honest didn't want scared of ask for another because if this place doesn't care

The customer service was poor. The employees were loud and rude. The experience could have been much better. We won't be back.
Didn't get my onion rings or fries, burgers were cold, and I did not get my drinks either. Haven't eaten here in forever for reasons like these thought I'd try it out again. Big mistake. Place needs to be shut down.
